Gotta love it when you pay for the most expensive place to feel safe and the parking lot didn’t have enough room for my car so my son and myself had to park elsewhere ans walk to the hotel. They have a roofing company parked in the back taking up all the spaces. When we checked in at 7 we were told that breakfast was served until 10:30 and checkout was 11:00 am. They had shut down breakfast at 10 am and the lady doing the breakfast was mad at the lady at the front desk for telling the wrong times. But needless to say no one agrees on times and we didn’t get breakfast. It was too much money for this place. Go to the cheaper one. You will probably get breakfast and pay less.

Very run down property. Breakfast was unappealing. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns all over the country and this one was my least favorite. Staff very nice and helpful.

Called to book a room was told by staff room was 277 per night really in Perry florida. Got to hotel they were having a local birthday party in the breakfast area. Hotel staff was involved and more concerned abiut that party than guest and incoming guess. Got room key wouldn't open exterior doors drove back around to front entrance address issye with staff. Lady said didnt i already fix your keys several times thus week? No we just checked in. Never did get keys to work on entry doors. Went to room its handicap room by elevator. Was suppose to be away from elevator and normal room. Shower wand falls off wall entire time you shower. I booked this room on Expedia for 160.00. 110 less than front desk quote tv channels blurry and mist dont come in. I do not recommend this hotel till some issues abd repairs are made

Hotel was great. Comfortable Recently remodeled. Always trying to stay there. But this time gave me a room that the entry door needed attention. Had to shove open and close. Top part of door needs to be repaired. Cards to get access stopped working everyday. Had to get reprogrammed. Other than that...... Great
