« Never rent from a property that does not have outside pictures. The inside is a published.
I arrived at the property to 2 people smoking a glass pipe in the parking lot. turns out they rented the place across the hall.
There are several windows broken on the second floor. The same host has all 4 properties. These are multi person flop houses.
I walked in the door he suggested to have the mold hit me in the face, I could not breathe by the time I got the property door.

« We enjoyed the location and the balcony and the bed is quite comfortable but the pillows are VERY thick and firm. I would think they are not suitable for over 50% of folks and hope you would try 2 types of pillows to accommodate folks that need thinner or less firm types of pillows. Still say this property is worth it for the price but believe they could replace carpeting with flooring that doesn’t get dirty and can be cleaned and sanitized. Not a fan of the carpet. »
