"This is a very good hotel. The first night I stayed at another hotel and it was terrible from A to Z. I found this one, prices were great. For $10 more it was 100X better, clean. Felt safer. Staff was polite and inviting. It felt like i had a mini apartment whuch made my stay so much more worth it. I would def come back. "

"My kids and I loved the stay! The pool was great and very big. The breakfast was also good we loved the pancake maker but the pancakes were on the doughy side but still edible. The only problem I had there was that the shower didn’t drain. "

"We enjoyed our stay very much! There were some inconveniences. The shower head was not working well. It needs to have the calcium buildup removed or just be replaced. The breakfast could have been warmer. And lastly the doors leading from the lobby to the rooms are need of some adjustment so they make less noise. With that said I highly recommend the hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the staff is friendly."

"We had a non functioning hot water handle in the bathroom. The engineer couldn’t budge it without a wrench! So we didn’t have use of that but the hotel was trying to be accommodating except they couldn’t give a discount or comp because we booked through a 3rd party! If only I knew! I won’t be using hotel.com because there’s very little that could be done except through them and there wasn’t an easy way to get in touch with them so it probably went unreported! Don’t want to say never again but this has soured us on using any other or this, 3rd party service."
