"Host communication was horrible, He would not send me any check in instructions, I had to call vrbo, i got his phone number, and he still would not send me check in instructions, I had to call vrbo again and they sent them to me.(felt very unwanted right off the bat.) "There was an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel especially in my room , room 926. The bath tub was stopped up so had to take showers in this condition. Overall the staff was nice and courteous but the condition if the hotel in some areas were not satisfactory. "
