Excellent room with clean and nice bed, bathroom, towels and fridge/mw. Quiet and feels safe. Outsides are clean and safe with green grass to walk my young dog. Good services very close and right off the main road. Staff super nice. Brkfst is modest but they have good hot coffee! A definite keeper.

Easy to reach from the Highway while driving through Dubuque. Nice place to stay if you do the sunset river cruise. Most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever slept on in a hotel! Quick check in and easy check out. Nice hot breakfast but some options weren’t available at 6 am when it was posted as being ready.
