It is perfectly located for quick & easy access to the centre of bustling Mousehole harbour and its shops, pubs & restaurants (200m), It is fortunate to enjoy its own unrivalled space and large gardens. The home benefits from spectacular panoramic sea views right across the bay to St Michael's Mount. Rare for central Mousehole, it also has an off-street parking space with a 7.2kW EV charging point The space Light and airy, the property has wonderful sea views from the sitting room and dining area, the conservatory and kitchen. It also has many modern feautures including a Nespresso machine, induction hob and EV charging unit.
