Enjoy sipping a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail on the patio, a refreshing dip in your private outdoor pool and pool spa, or lounging on the spacious, second-floor wrap-around deck, which has been furnished with plenty of comfortable seating areas (including two outdoor dining areas), patio chairs, and a gas grill.
Two floors offer space for family and friends to spread out and have privacy. The first floor features a cozy living area with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a well-equipped eat-in kitchenette with a French-door fridge, sink, Keurig coffee maker, and a convenient dining table, a spacious full bath with a separate soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity, and one bedroom with two comfortable beds.
Upstairs, the main living space boasts two comfortable sofas right in front of a wall-mounted, large flatscreen TV with cable. This is a great place to unwind and plan your next adventures while the chef of the group works their magic on the fully-equipped kitchen. This kitchen is complete with all the appliances needed, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and an island for two, perfect for keeping the chef company. The free high-speed WiFi and Internet will come in handy if you need to work from home, considering this home features a comfortable desk and desk chair on this level as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 75 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
