With a king master suite, two queen guest bedrooms, and sleeper sofa and futon in the living area on the third level, up to 10 guests can sleep here comfortably. All three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the first living level just above the two-car garage. The second level has the kitchen, dining area, living room, third bathroom, and balcony. The third level features a living area with additional sleeping options and balcony. Enjoy relaxing on the balconies and rooftop after a long day of beachcombing, fishing off the pier, or shopping. Take a scenic drive just minutes from your cozy vacation home down Santa Rosa Island to Fort Pickens, a historic defense fort established in the early 1800s. Those of all ages will love wandering through the multiple enduring corridors with rich stories to tell in this national park.  
  
Downtown Pensacola will without a doubt charm you with its continuously emerging shopping, dining, nightlife, and historical experience opportunities.
