The listing was exactly as described. The first floor balcony was close enough to the pool to watch the boys but far enough that it was not obnoxiously noisy. The grills were close for nights where we wanted to stay in. Several nice restaurants only minutes away. The host Michael was very easy to communicate with. The condo had everything we needed. We loved the space and layout. Almost never a wait to use the elevator was a huge plus. Very easy beach access. Beach was not overcrowded. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Misty R. Great location and tastefully decorated. We felt at home as soon as we walked in. It does not have seashells on the wall like most beach homes. We truly felt like we were house sitting and it happened to be on the beach. Very spacious, beautiful views, and everything that you could possibly need.. well, except an LSU cooler in the closet outside with everything you need or would want while going to the beach for te day. Roll Tide!! Oh, i almost forgot. I purposed to my girlfriend of 3 years on the balcony. She said yes!! We will be back to make more great memories. ##### Mark M.
