"Hannah (host) was very on point and happy to help us with anything needed with the rental. We had no problems whatsoever and had a great stay! The house is very well stocked and cozy which was great for our family. The hot tub was a nice touch as was the heating pad leading out to the hot tub was also nice. The floor plan was very accomodating and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to couples and or families and would gladly stay there again! "

"Our journey from Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Post Falls, Idaho, was quite lengthy, especially with seven young children in tow. However, our experience at the Hyatt Inn was exceptional from check-in to check-out. Having stayed at many Hyatt locations over the years, I can confidently say that this was the best customer service I have ever encountered. Every member of the staff, from the front desk team to the restaurant and bar personnel, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. "Great communication with the host! Got our code to enter exactly when it was supposed to be delivered. Everything about the house was nice and comfortable. We were here for a surgery so the game room was an extra big hit to keep kids occupied. While we did not go far, it is close to many things (grocery stores, restaurants and for us Northwest Specialty Hospital).Overall, great stay and would 100% stay here again! "

"We travelled to Post Falls, ID for a surgery at Northwest Specialty Hospital. Whispering Pines was the perfect place to stay after surgery to recover. The space was perfect and the garage/game room kept our son very entertained. The primary suite was so comfortable and private while I rested and recovered. "
