"The unit was super cute and offered everything I needed. Parking right in front of the door, full kitchen, great bathroom, laundry and quiet neighborhood. The host is exceptional in tending to your needs and communicating with her guests as needed. I would recommend this place for your future stays. "

"The location of this place is great - right by the train station, shops, and restaurants. Hosts were very welcoming and responsive. Also, great hiking trails near by. Old building with beautiful floors, very clean. Would definitely stay again."

"Tucked away but close to everything that is Historic New Castle. A perfect little stop if you are touring this part of our country. Food, shops, historic buildings all within a few blocks. Protestant and Catholic Churches just a few blocks walk if you are staying over Sunday. Try The Mercury Cafe & Teahouse. Cozy and great food/coffee/tea. Check out Jessop’s Tavern for food and a huge selection of beers."

"My mother and I enjoyed our stay at the charming Woodstown rental. Spacious kitchen and super comfy living room couch. Rustic charm with modern touches. Great safety features, too - motion sensor lights on steps and in the kitchen, with high quality baby/pet gates. Being a pet friendly rental is also a plus. Located within walking distance to great eateries. "

"Would not recommend, we showed up at the place and couldn't get in because they had a water leak. They called and said theyd call to let know when its fixed, but never did, mind u we just drove 8 hours. The gentleman we found trying to fix told us the cleaners walked into a puddle of water therefore he honestly said it would take a alot to fis it. We ended up getting a hotel room. The worst part was the owner later emailing asking how we were enjoying the apartment, i believe this was done for...

"I'm local to Wilmington and stayed here with my husband while our bathroom was being renovated. The apartment is adorable and in a great location, Trolley Square. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking can be tough, but it's a safe neighborhood, so to park a block away isn't a problem. This would be a good place to stay for someone who needed to be in Wilmington for business (there's a desk in the living room, and the wifi seemed reliable) or a couple coming here for an event or to check out...
