Cozy clean 3rd floor apartment in the delco suburbs with private off street parking. A short drive away to shopping, parks and other amenities.   
  
Perfect for a long term stay.   
  
10 minute drive to PHL  
9 minute drive to Boeing  
7 minute drive to Taylor Hospital  
1 minute drive or walk to Eaton Aerospace  
12 minute drive to Swarthmore College  
9 minute drive to Widener University  
24 minute drive or train ride to CHOP/UPENN & downtown Philly  
  
Guest must walk up 3 flights of steps to reach 3rd floor apartment. NO elevator on premises.   
  
Guest must acknowledge that they will smell smoke in the apartment complex the private residents in the other apartments are smokers. It is common to smell smoke within the apartment and stairway. Furthermore this apartment is not recommended for anyone that can not tolerate the smell of smoke or is sensitive to the smell.  
  
We do not recommend this apartment to families with young children.   
  
Although other private residents smoke our apartment is non-smoking.   
  
Guest must acknowledge that this is a residential apartment building and the entrance is shared with two other residential private apartments.
