Rapid City provided us a great home from which we explored the Badlands and Wall Drug, the Black Hills (Spearfish and Bridal Veil Falls), Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse monument, and even Devils Tower in Wyoming. All this and a wedding within 5 days! Thanks for a great home to warm up in after the chilly spring winds."

"We stayed for 2 nights 3days for a Lil midweek getaway in the hills. An older property, but its charming and cozy ! The beds were super comfy! Goid location, just on the edge of downtown. Pet friendly, brought our dig, they had a cute lil fenced off back yard for copper. Good hosts, no problems with anything at all"

"We took 3 grandchildren to see Mt Rushmore, Needles Highway, Custer, Deadwood, Devil’s Tower, and Badlands NP. Great location. Comfortable , clean, safe. Close enough to town but rural enough for deer, turkey, rabbits all around. Loved it. "

"We loved the cabin we stayed in at Holy Smoke. The woman who checked us in was very knowledgeable and was always reachable by phone. Everything was clean and accommodating. I liked that they would trade out your linens every morning when you needed them to and the location was close to Historic Keystone. It was nice and quiet as well. "

"We were pleased with everything about this property. The beds and linens were comfortable and it was extremely quiet. Too frequently doors are loud and these were not. It was easy to sleep and relax! Continental breakfast was reasonable and the breakfast staff was very friendly and did a great job. A few minutes from downtown for shopping and dining. We have already booked another stay when we return to the area in a couple of months!"
