There is on-site parking, but it is not free for guests. Our reservation specifically said it included breakfast, but we learned that was only for “tiered members.” These miscommunications added more than $200 to the cost of our trip."

"We booked last minute for a concert at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame not realizing there was also a baseball game that night, and also a wedding right at the hotel. The hotel was beautiful, and even my surly 13-year-old agreed. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were personable and attentive. I called housekeeping when I realized there was no shampoo in the bathroom, and someone was there within minutes with a new bottle. The valet service was quick and easy as well. We will definitely come back."
