"This cabin is in a great location and the owner had good communication. It is definitely rustic which I knew when booking and have no problem with. Two issues that need to be addressed are that it wasn’t clean. Every room had to be swept when I got there, floor needed moping but no mop. There was old moldy food in the fridge. There was a pontoon available for renting, but we did not feel confident in our driving skills and so did not try. "Beautiful property. I'm pretty sure the pictures were updated on the listing after we booked so we didn't know how good the dock was. Had I seen those pics I would have had a rental pontoon delivered to us which is readily available in the area. The 2nd bathroom is very strange as the walls don't go all the way to the ceiling and it is directly next to the kitchen. Did not feel private at all. Other than that, it was perfect and just what we needed for a weekend getaway. We would book it again...

"We had a great time at the house and on Swan Lake. There ware 9 of us, age range 75-12. House worked great. You need to use steps a lot, so if you have trouble with steps, it might not be a good fit. Great lake for water sports, lots of room. Did get busy starting Friday afternoon, but there was still room for skiing and tubing. Fishing was ok. Lots of northerns. But did catch a couple walleyes. Caught nice sunfish off the dock. We had enough fish for a fish fry one night."

"My family and I had a wonderful stay with friends in this highly appointed cabin. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out but also large places where we could all gather. It was clean and we had no troubles with any of the amenities. The kayaks were a highly used, added bonus. I would recommend this cabin to everyone and especially to those with a larger group."
