"Beautifully renovated property (it reopened in January after extensive property upgrades). The villas were beautifully designed. The views are stunning. The pool area was lovely. The restaurant is excellent, and the staff was very friendly. No major complaints whatsoever. A few minor things to improve, but not enough to give less stars (and the staff mentioned that they were still finalizing some things due to furniture shipments delayed, etc). The pool area could use a few more lounge chairs; the main lobby area could use a bit more decor (plants, more tables, pillows, etc) to fill out the space and create a more intimate feeling. "

"We chose this property originally because it had wheelchair access and it was large enough to handle our large family group of 4 generations. Little did I know just how amazing the property, the owners and especially how amazing Flory our concierge was! This was a very special trip as my father is battling end stage colon cancer and we wanted to celebrate his life with what he called his "Going away Party". Flory contacted me immediately once the reservation was made and was so communicative throughout the entire process. She set up surf lessons, horseback riding and fishing where 7 Sail Fish were caught! She also had a chef prepare some amazing food for some dinners as well as a birthday breakfast for my grandson's 16th birthday. The house and Villas are beautiful and the beds were so comfortable! The view from the bedrooms could not have been more serene and we did have a visit from some monkeys, iguanas and our favorite, sloths. Jacson was a master at finding the sloths and always let us know where they moved to. Perry and Paola, the owners, are the nicest people and so humble. We were so fortunate to have met them when we were there. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about our experience and my father was so appreciative of the care everyone took to ensure his last trip on this earth was a great one. We would definitely stay again the next time we visit Costa Rica!"

"The Lattice house was amazing and the view is beautiful/hermosa! We loved being there and enjoying the two Macaws that came to visit us daily. It is a beautiful location- we love Dominical. Alturas wildlife refuge was so educational and wonderful to learn about the animals of CR-plus the fee to tour it goes directly to the care of the animals there. Rainmaker park in Quepos is also a great park for hiking with many suspended bridges. Angie and Allen did a great job making sure we were taken care of while there!"
