Medieval towers and cobblestone lanes make Pella's historic centre perfect for afternoon exploration with gelato in hand. Rent a boat to discover hidden coves along Lake Orta's shoreline or join locals at the weekly market for regional cheeses and wines.
The hotel and service were 5 star. We were treated wonderfully by the staff. No request was not fulfilled, and with a smile. Dinner in their two star Michelin dining room was a real treat - expensive but worth the dining experience

Right in the centre of the Centro storico. In the central Piazza. Walk to the lake to take a swim in the morning. This hotel (and their restaurant Olina) do everything their own way. They are original, but everything they do works perfectly. Amazing breakfast on the Piazza.
Please Don't dine anywhere else than Olina. (And try the Filete or the polpo grillata!!)

I had two wonderful nights here. Great location and a great deal in the off season! I loved having access to the spa each night. The view from the sky bar and rooftop pool is pure magic.
I had a garden view with a patio, it was very pretty.
My only small complaints are that the bed was a bit sunk in and the room was too warm. I couldn’t turn down the heat so I opened the door at night. But overall, I was still very comfortable.

Stresa is a beautiful town on Lake Maggiore. Great places to walk, wonderful little restaurants and very friendly people. We were there in late May and it was starting to get pretty busy. My guess is that during the summer it could be quite packed and perhaps a little too busy.

We stayed here for 4 wonderful nights in September.
We loved everything about this hotel ..the location, the gardens, the delicious Breakfast delivered to our room each morning and the amazing views .
But the thing we loved the most was the incredible STAFF. From the moment we arrived, Patrizia at the front desk made us feel so welcome. During our stay she helped us in every way possible, making dinner reservations, arranging taxis and making us feel like valued guests. She is wonderful! ...
