"We would not stay here again. From the moment we arrived, the property did not appear very clean. The pool was green, and on Saturday night there was a noticeable cigarette smoke smell. The staff was friendly during check-in, which we appreciated, but overall the cleanliness and environment were disappointing."

"I felt deceived. I intentionally reserved this property due to the advertised soaking tub. Additionally, I upgraded the room to guarantee that I would have the specific feature. My room was outdated and had inadequate plumbing. The on-site restaurants were substandard, particularly considering their prices. While I may consider visiting the area again, I will not choose to stay at this property in the future."

"Floor in room was filthy - our feet were sticking to it and it smelled like stale urine. We had to ask for toilet paper as there was very little left on the roll. The bed was horribly uncomfortable - luckily my husband had the air mattress. We asked for cleaning supplies to clean the floor before sitting it up but they were locked up so he used wet towels to wipe it down. The shower had no where to place toiletries and there were no hooks to hang towels, or clothes for that matter. "
