"Clean and centrally located"

"First night in the hotel was fine. The next day there was a very strong odour of rotten eggs that did not go away. We asked to have a room switch and went to another floor because the whole floor smelled like rotten eggs. They were very accommodating no problem to get our room switched however when we got to our new room it was clear it had not been properly cleaned. They had switched the bedding and removed the garbage. Which we knew because it was outside in the hallway and it stayed there all night outside our door. It was obvious that the bathroom had not been cleaned there was hair all over the floor and in the shower. The bar fridge had rotten food in it still that we had to remove ourselves. The smell did not go away from the rotten food. We requested several times to clean the bar fridge. They did it twice, but the smell did not go away. One of the draws to stay at the hotel was the hottub and they closed it early with no notice. Overall the hotel is nice but the service and cleanliness was terrible."

"My family loved the tennis court, pool, and jacuzzi. Room was great. Food was great too, from brunch to mid-day cookies and dinner cocktails. We very much enjoyed our weekend here. Valet was very friendly and accommodating as was the staff at the restaurant. We extended our stay since we liked it so much. Traveled with two teens. Opportunities- Gym was tricky to get into since you have to check-in at the spa to use which was a bit awkward. Front desk staff had one unfriendly young guy who lacked people skills. Nonetheless, everyone else was exceptional and will be back here for sure!"

"TLDR: Borderline unusable gym, thin walls, but great location The rooms were clean enough and the staff was friendly. HOWEVER, the walls were very thin so in the first night we were woken up several times, twice by cars and once by a girl locked out of her room loudly complaining to customer support and proceeded to get louder when another guest asked them to keep it down. Secondly, as an avid hotel gym goer I was extremely disappointed by the hotel gym. First off, the hours were 9am to 9pm. This doesn't make any sense to me, even on late start days I was starting work or leaving the hotel for activities by 9am so it's impossible to use the gym beforehand. Then with all the great food places and nighttime entertainments we were out till 8pm every night at least. I was having to rush to make it back to the hotel to badge in before the gym would lock up. But even if you make it into the gym, there's only three equipment: an all in one cable machine contraption, an elliptical, and a treadmill. Maybe I've been spoiled but this is the first hotel I've stayed at without a water filling station in the gym. Also there's no yoga mats which seems like such low hanging fruit for a hotel gym to have. Mainly, the treadmill sounded like it was struggling and it would randomly but consistently switch to cool down mode so I was having to actively fight it ever 3 minutes. Great location though, if they just changed the gym hours and fixed the treadmill I'd come again."

"I returned to this hotel for my annual trip, having stayed here several times in the past and always remembering it as a quality property. The staff remained friendly, professional, and accommodating, and the property itself continues to have many positive qualities. Unfortunately, this visit fell well below the standard I had come to expect. The king room I reserved was noticeably disappointing. Upon arrival, the bedding appeared less than clean, which immediately raised concerns about the room’s upkeep. Additionally, the television service was not functioning because the cables had been disconnected. While I was able to resolve the issue myself, guests should not have to troubleshoot basic room amenities during their stay. The most significant letdown was the bathroom. It felt outdated, worn, and in need of renovation, detracting from the overall comfort and quality of the room. Not The condition of the bathroom made the accommodations feel far below what I remembered from previous visits. What makes this especially disappointing is that I have genuinely enjoyed staying here in the past. Based on those experiences, I arrived expecting the same level of quality and attention to detail. Sadly, this stay did not deliver that experience and has left me considering other lodging options for future visits. I hope management takes this feedback constructively, as this property has the potential to provide a much better guest experience than what I encountered during this stay."
