"I arrived for check in and decided not to stay. I was not comfortable with the location, lack of suitable parking and several other issues I noticed. I did not go into the rental. I preferred to forfeit the entire cost of my 3-night reservation and booked a hotel in another area. Communication with the host was good, but per the payment policy no refund was considered, not even partial nor consideration to credit the cleaning cost since I did not check in. "

"We recently stayed for Thanksgiving week while visiting family in a neighboring town. The apartment was clean and very comfortable for a family of 4. Updated with all the amenities of home including wifi, Netflix and a full kitcken. The owner, Joe was great. He met us and made sure we had everything we needed, including a welcome bottle of wine. The house is walking distance to excellent restaurants and shopping. Located in a nice little suburb called Westfield. Would definitely recommend!"

"We chose Joe’s apartment for its great location in downtown Westfield. Joe has always responded quickly while we were there. While the apartment is a little dated we still found everything we needed for a pleasant stay in Westfield, NJ."

"The apartment is right in the middle of town and there are tons of great restaurants and shops. Joe, the host makes the check in process seamless. It's clean and as described. If are visiting the area and would rather not stay in a hotel, this a great option."

"The description of the property was accurate and felt clean when I moved in. The kitchen was fairly bare bones so for longer stays a bit challenging to cook and local restaurant options were not great. It was nice that there was a TV in both bedroom and living room and that there was access to a gym."

"The unit is in a perfect location for visiting our family and downtown Morristown. It is well appointed, spacious and beautifully updated while still preserving the original historic home. It had everything we needed and we certainly will chose to return again."
