The raised two-story layout offers a wrap-around porch on the first floor and screened porch on the top floor providing great outdoor living with ocean views over low sand dunes. Both porches are comfortably appointed with ceiling fans, rocking chairs, and a quintessential rope hammock. Lowcountry charm abounds indoors with hardwood floors and ceiling fans throughout. The open concept kitchen boasts a breakfast bar built for eight. Each floor has a sitting area with TV. The first floor sitting area additionally boasts a wet bar with mini fridge. Outdoor amenities include a private fenced-in pool, covered lounge area, gas grill, enclosed shower, and covered parking. A private boardwalk provides direct beach access. Creek access is nearby - only steps away from the end of the driveway.
