Both porches are comfortably appointed with ceiling fans, rocking chairs, and a quintessential rope hammock. Lowcountry charm abounds indoors with hardwood floors and ceiling fans throughout. The open concept kitchen boasts a breakfast bar built for eight. Each floor has a sitting area with TV. The first floor sitting area additionally boasts a wet bar with mini fridge. Outdoor amenities include a private fenced-in pool, covered lounge area, gas grill, enclosed shower, and covered parking. A private boardwalk provides direct beach access. Creek access is nearby - only steps away from the end of the driveway.
