Charming and well furnished, this two-story raised home boasts a spectacular saltmarsh creek view from the front porch where sunset serenades can be enjoyed from a rocking chair. The common areas are located on the top (second) floor along with a powder room, primary bedroom suite, and back deck boasting Adirondack chairs and the sound of the ocean’s surf. A TV den is located on the first floor along with three bedrooms, two full baths, washer/dryer, and access to another back deck. Internal and external stairwells as well as the elevator provide convenient transit between all floors. A fenced garden courtyard with covered furnished patio and grill are featured behind and under the house in addition to an outdoor shower and covered parking. We loved the elevator when we were loading and unloading the car, also very nice when it rained. The outdoor shower kept the car and home clean, love that it is pet friendly w/privacy fence.
