The hotel is located in an attracive historic building, built in 1915. My room was spacious, with tall ceilings. It was clean and well laid-out. It had charm. It had tall, grand windows with thick curtains that really made it feel luxurious, even if my view was other buildings! The room was quiet, except for the a/c which was a bit noisy, but this is a common problem at hotels. Staff were friendly and helpful. The $9.99 buffet breakfast was good value for the price -- toast your own bread,...

We were more than pleasantly surprised at the hotel's cleanliness, upkeep, and decor. The service was friendly, even when buying something from the on the go counter in the very late evening/early morning hours. The breakfast was average, about what you'd expect from a hotel continental breakfast, and the location is nothing special on the outskirts of town, but I would still...
