"Great quiet community, close to shopping and restaurants. A nice place to stay with great communication! Will most definitely stay here again in the future. "

"Great place to stay! So much better than a hotel room!!"

"Great quiet place to stay. Very clean."

"Perfect location, very clean, would definitely stay again! "

"Modern new and like a bedroom suite at a hotel but cheaper."

"We were here to help our daughter move. The apartment is in the same complex which was very helpful. There is plenty to do if here for vacation. The two state parks we went to were fairly close and nice. There are many stores, a mall, and plenty of restaurants within a ten minute drive. Des Moines is 20-30 minutes."

"This VRBO is located in a safe, clean area. The unit itself was clean and comfortable, Everything was as described and communication was great. It was nice to have a private garage. Definitely would stay there again."

"We stayed at the Flux apartments in downtown. Our accommodation was exceptional in all respects. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"Good location near shops and highway."

"Nice, convenient, but perhaps not quite all glitches worked out just yet. Check in instructions should specify use of the # in front of the code, for instance. The sofa bed in the living room, especially, seems to have taken a beating at the hands or perhaps hinds of previous guests. Host is quite responsive to needs such as 3 sets of towels. I don't think there is a baking dish, save for cookie sheets, to be found in the kitchen. Even so, our stay was relatively pleasant and convenient."
