Spacious unit with open floor plan located on the third floor (access via stairs only), two private bathrooms, & large private patio overlooking green views. Take an Insta selfie or best friend group photo in the beautiful 7ft mirror. Relax on the comfortable modern furniture & hook up to our super-fast gig speed Wi-Fi. Large 65" TV in the living room and smart TVs in each bedroom. Free tanning bed, pool access, and gym! Detached garage included steps away from secured entrance. Full W/D in unit Quiet neighborhood, walking/biking trails, & dog park located on site. Close to everything West Des Moines, Des Moines and surrounding cities has to offer. Please note there is a Ring Doorbell security camera located at the front door and a Minut Noise device inside the unit to monitor noise levels, temperature and smoke detector- this device does NOT record audio. Its purpose is to help prevent noise complaints from neighboring units. There are no cameras inside the property. The unit is laid out well and parking is great with the nearby garage. The place was very clean and well equipped. Nearby shopping and restaurants give you a variety of options.
