Superb location in Jomtien
Zing Resort & Spa provides excellent value for money and is the perfect base for a visit to Jomtien/Pattaya. The staff are welcoming and efficient.

You get what you pay for
It’s not a 5 star place over all it still nice to stay connection to Wi Fi is next to none, But had my phone to get me around , but staff are super nice and friendly ,I still enjoyed my stay because I feel welcome in this gay friendly hotel , and location was good for my needs ,you get what you pay for

Good location walkable and staff was nice and amazing however location is in a gay community more male dominant which we had no problem with and felt safe but not a place for children but I experience this throughout this region to be fair. Overall good place no issues.

Zing is a reasonable property. Unsure why the 3 Hot Tubs are not working for the past year or so ..would like that fixed before next stay as they were great to use when operating....

Only criticism is the internet was unreliable and kept on dropping Wi-Fi. This is especially difficult if you need stable continuous internet service. Everything else was good value and fine.

Nice though didn’t stay
Booked the room for a friend who in the end couldn’t travel, so even though I checked in, I didn’t use the room. Everything looked nice and clean though with a view straight into the pool.

A great little gem
I really enjoyed staying here and I would highly recommend it it’s not the Hilton but it has all the amenities one needs beautiful swimming pool very clean the rooms are exceptionally clean friendly staff are great little breakfast cafe and of course the rates reflect. I Highly recommend it

Reception staff, especially 2 ladies, degusting. Zero customer service, could not manage to say hello/bye, more concerned about playing with a phone and watching videos then acknowledging customers. Even at the check-out could not manage to say anything/refused to assist with retrieving luggage from the office . You have to ask for sauna/steam room to be turned on, it does not work. Water pressure drops out to 0 occasionally and you can't have a shower. Gym, if you can call it that, have one bar and couple of weights. Pool was Ok, although the surrounding area have some sort of discharge/smells bad. Cleaning staff was good, punctual and did their job properly. It was a quite room where I stayed (not facing pool). Due to a horrible customer service at the reception, I will not be coming back to this place.

I have stayed on many occasions and found the staff to be friendly the building is a little tired but the are close to Baht Bus transport, beach, eateries and and airport transfer bus is a easy 10 minutes walk I will stay there again

Great budget hotel by Jomtien beach, the quiet side of Pattaya which I enjoyed. The hotel has been updated since the pandemic. I love the staff's attentiveness and friendliness. Easy access to Jomtien beach area. Most of all, walking distance to the BKK Pattaya bus terminal! Very convenient and cheap to go back to BKK

All staff persons were helpful and friendly at all times. The room was spacious and immaculate, the food was great, and the amenities (pool and gym) were without fault. The location in the Jomtien Complex was convenient to the beach and many restaurants. I enjoyed my 11 day stay and hope to return again next year.

Nothing wrong with the place but nothing special either. Likely to find better value, but there is also a lot worse. Staff are friendly and all it's facilities are are fine. Smack bang in the centre of a gay nightclub zone and seems on face value that's the clientele premises mainly attracts so don't stay there if that's an issue to you.
