OMG this is the best place I've ever stayed at in Pattaya and I have stayed at some amazing places. Super nice helpful staff and friendly. The breakfast is so delicious with a huge variety of food. I even tried the room service which way great. There are 2 different pools to enjoy with sun or shade seats. The bar and resto at the main (big) pool but still serve to the smaller pool. We were a slow 5 minute walk to the main Rd in Pattaya. So many restaurants bars pool tables. To many places to mention in this area. If you go out the back way you will find a 7/11 and Avenue Pattaya, motorcycle taxi there. Less then a 15min walk to the beach. We will definitely be going back here again. Cheers

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel. We stayed in the Corona building which has recently undergone a complete refurbishment. The hotel is spotlessly clean and all the staff are very helpfull. Excellent value for money and location.

GREAT service from entire staff!!!
Areca Lodge is my go to hotel in Pattaya and I have stayed there many times. This trip was one of my best experiences. The hotel and its amenities are always very nice but this time the entire staff was so friendly and just stood out. We checked in at midnight and the staff was very friendly and efficient and quickly got all 4rooms checked-in in minutes. The pool staff always knew what we like to drink and would let us know at breakfast if our favorite smoothies were available that day. The massage staff was incredible and the ladies gave probably the best massage I have had in Pattaya. The front desk staff was always friendly and greeted us when we left and returned to the property. House-keeping was very efficient whenever I put on my "make up room" notice. I guess I expect the amenities to be good at Areca but the service really stood out from top to bottom.

The breakfast buffet is out of this world. The pools are spotless, the staff is beyond helpful, the room was clean, nice and the bed was not hard as a rock like most places I have stayed at, in fact it was down right comfy. I have stayed here twice before and it seems it only gets better. Thank you and the staff!!!

Great hotel and superb staff. Only thing letting it down was the bathroom. In building 2 they are very old and tired. However this building is closing in May for refurbishing. Everything else was excellent, including the location for shopping eating nightlife etc. but what really makes it great is the staff.

Excellent mid range hotel. The front staff, housekeepers and servers all great. Two pools, one being refurbished, good breakfast as part of the price. Nice gym and on site massage personal. Really can’t say enough, I’ve stayed here twice now. Perfect location and solid clean rooms.

Staff excellent. Shame about being down the back when I wanted the front. Front pool was out and not mentioned pre booking. Otherwise it’s a good and convenient hotel and staff always very good.

Nice hotel , great location to LK metro. TV was very old with poor reception. Bathroom was very small and awkward, shower was a combo shower/bath and very bad stupid in design and usability. Not worth the expensive price.

Great swimming pool to chill out round..
Great location & nice hotel all round even if rooms are a bit dated now. I stayed here before & wanted to return for the last week off my holidays to chill out by the great swimming pool (thay have 2 pool nice & big so can swim). Breakfast buffet is include which has good choice all round tastes. Rooms could do with some more plugs if i being honest but i travel with a extension lead so wasn't to big problem. Nice clean & staff are great, friendly, helpful.

Nice but won't stay again as VERY poor wifi
Hotel is nice and staff are friendly BUT wifi in the hotel was very poor., which made it difficult for me to work. The IT man came to my room which did help but around the hotel many apps such would not work as the wifi was unsecured. Also you have to get new wifi codes every 7 days which was annoying .
