Residenza Pastrengo - appartment Papavero with pool and terrace

Spacious three-room apartment on the first floor of approximately 65 sqm located in a quiet area immersed in the greenery of Lake Garda vineyards, 5 km from the historic centre of Lazise and the beach. The Pastrengo residence consists of 8 apartments sharing a swimming pool (14x6 mt), large garden and an uncovered private parking with 1 car space per apartment (with security camera).

The three-room apartment for 4/6 people comprises a living area with fully equipped open-plan kitchen including refrigerator with freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, American coffee machine and toaster. Satellite TV, wifi and sofa bed available for guests. Heating and air conditioning with fan coil units.

The living area overlooks a spacious terrace with views of the vineyards and swimming pool, equipped with table and chairs for pleasant outdoor meals.

Large double bedroom with wardrobe, windowed bathroom with shower cubicle and hairdryer.

On the attic floor, there is an open space room with two single beds, second attic bathroom with shower and romantic pocket terrace with views of the surrounding vineyards.

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, pets are not allowed.

The total price consists of:

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt hier in der Nähe des Gardasee. Mit dem Airbnb sind wir sehr zufrieden. Preis-Leistung hat gepasst. Ob mit Auto oder Motorrad ein super Ort zum entspannen und herumreisen.
