The staff were fantastic, they were welcoming , nothing was too much trouble and the rooms were well kept, very clean and certainly above their star rating.

The bathroom was amazing for this level of hotel! Large and clean with two sinks, powerful hair dryer, and plenty of hot water!!

A good hotel

Hotel was in a brilliant location right in the centre of el pa de la casa. Decent room size even for 4 people. Breakfast was typical continental fare but there was a decent choice. Only complaint would be that the room got very warm overnight even with the window open.

Très bien situé, au coeur du centre ville du Pas de la Case. Etablissement très propre avec un bon accueil.Seul bémol le parking payant , pas d'avantages pour les clients de l'hôtel.

Correct

Hôtel très correct avec un très bon restaurant. Seul bémol, une mauvaise odeur , une remontée d'égout qui embaume toute la chambre. Je recommande quand même cet hôtel, avec du personnel très agréable et un très bon petit déjeuner.

EL personal es muy amable, pero el servicio no es el mejor. Olvidaron hacer el aseo de la habitación y llegamos en la noche muy cansados, ha ordenar el cuarto. Se destaca la ubicación cerca a las pistas de esquí y las vistas.

Séjour aout 2023 Hotel propre. Personnel agréable Petit dej à volonté. Aucune remarque pour notre chien. Parking au pied de l'hotel avec horodateur. Gratuit de 20h à 9h. Difficile de trouver une place après 9h car beaucoup de monde. Il est conseillé de se garer et de faire votre visite à a pieds si possible.

Chambre spacieuse, une quadruple pour 2 adultes et 3 enfants, qui convenait parfaitement en taille un lit 2 places très larges on a dormis très bien à 3 ! Correct, petit déjeuner copieux juste la qualité du Wifi n’était pas parfaite, mais nous le reprendrons sans hésitation si besoins.

Il a été étonnant que l'on nous demande en caution une pièce d'identité pour caution d'un badge de chambre d'hôtel en pays étranger ce qui nous obligerait à séjourner sans document officiel. Refus de notre part, une photocopie a suffit. Personnel pas très agréable à ce sujet sinon bon accueil dans l'ensemble

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel une nuit. La chambre était bien, propre. Seul problème les prises électriques ne fonctionnaient pas ainsi que la télécommande.

hôtel pris pour un week-end avec nos 2 enfants de 2 et 8 ans. bon emplacement, pleins de places de parking partout. petit déjeuner très bien, il n'y a pas énormément de choix, mais on trouve viennoiseries, céréales, pain, boissons... il manquerait une salade de fruits.personne très sympa, agréable, accueillant. repas du soir très bon et copieux. chambre pas mal, les 2 lits simples sont séparés par la fenêtre, c'est parfait comme ça les enfants ne sont pas collés. petits bemols:la douche coule en goutte à goutte toute la nuit, la porte de la salle de bain ne ferme pas, elle a du gonfler avec la chaleur, il n'y avait plus de savon dans la douche, et la douche avait plein de moisissure et il manquait une paroi de la porte de douche. mais nous avons bien dormi et bien mangé.
