"From the beginning, just a wonderful experience. The front desk staff were professional, personable, and made sure to explain everything thoroughly. The restaurant was delicious, the room was clean and had a fun design, although the outlets near the bed were a bit hard to access. Only real negative was that the bathroom smelled a bit musty. Not dirty, just musty. The pool was really nice, water was the perfect temperature. The unique roof in the pool area created a fun atmosphere. Hopefully next time (and there will be a next time) the hot tub will be open. The continental breakfast was pretty standard. Nothing out of the ordinary, but everything was tasty. I do want to highlight the coffee, though. Most places I’ve stayed, the coffee is abysmal, but this was a decent cup of joe. The location is perfect, close to the highway, which is nice if you’re on a schedule, but also deep enough in the woods that the air smells fantastic and you can hear the crickets. Overall the building just looks really nice too."
