« Je suis resté bloqué plusieurs jours au "Stanley" suite à l'incendie de l'aéroport de Nairobi: Rien à redire! Personnel adorable(presque trop!), chambre nikel et confortable, pas de problèmes de bruit, petit déjeuner très complet, personnel flexible. Le soir, le bar accueille tous les businessmen de Nairobi et l'on peut faire des rencontres intéressantes. Honnêtement, très bon hotel! Les prix peuvent être élevés mais comparés les prix entre expedia et la réception(après négo) et vous finissez...

« Hotel situé en centre ville, très pratique si vous prenez ensuite le bus pour la Tanzanie car il est à 50 m du départ des navettes. Accueil chaleureux. On peut manger sur place (même tard le soir) en payant en dollars ce qui évite de faire du change pour cela uniquement. Les chambres sont simples mais propres et confortables, un peu bruyant le matin car en plein centre d'un quartier vivant. si vous prenez un taxi pour vous y rendre, attention à ne pas confondre avec le Kenya comfort hotel suites...

"Let me take a moment to share my experience at this hotel. Initially, I had booked from September 2 to September 11\. I extended my stay for two more nights so a total of 11 nights at the hotel. First of all, the condition of the hotel. This is a very reputable hotel — beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The rooms were spotless, and the facilities provided were excellent. The gym, the swimming pool, and the 7th floor with its view over the city were all wonderful. I must be honest: I had a truly pleasant experience here. From the chef, to the receptionists, the cooks, the porters, and the pool staff — I sincerely thank you all for the outstanding hospitality you provided. For me, it was easy to build a good relationship with the staff because I took the time to talk with them, learn about their stories, and ask for advice on activities or places to visit in the city.This curiosity and approach allowed me to form genuine connections throughout my stay. A small situation occurred where I had to pay extra charges due to a mistake made by the kitchen staff. However, when I spoke to the manager (who is very competent), she immediately acknowledged the error on behalf of the hotel, ensured I was taken care of, and made sure the matter was resolved fairly. It was not a major issue, but I could see the effort and sincerity in wanting to make things right.I truly appreciated how seriously she took the situation and how committed she was to ensuring I had the best experience"
