« They put us in a room with a bathroom that was specifically for handicap guests. When we arrived, the bathroom floor was covered in hair and the room was dirty and dusty. I let the staff know that the floor was gross and dirty and I asked that they take some money off of my room however I am not sure if they did. The shower in the bathroom wasn’t sealed properly therefore it leaked all over the bathroom floor, causing slippery dangerous conditions. I finally asked to be moved to a different room...

« L'hôtel est bien situé par rapport à l'aéroport et proche d'une zone commerciale pour les repas. Mais refusez la Chambre 330 : vue de la fenêtre sur 2 horribles modules de climatisation très très bruyants. De plus pas de ménage ni changement de serviette pour 2 nuits consécutives... Caution de 50$ pour 2 nuits recréditée sur notre carte plie poil 1 mois après la 1ere nuit passée à Phoenix !! Très pratique qd on est déjà rentré en France ! C'est le seul hôtel qui ne nous a pas rendu la caution...

"L'hôtel est bien situé par rapport à l'aéroport et proche d'une zone commerciale pour les repas. Mais refusez la Chambre 330 : vue de la fenêtre sur 2 horribles modules de climatisation très très bruyants. De plus pas de ménage ni changement de serviette pour 2 nuits consécutives... Caution de 50$ pour 2 nuits recréditée sur notre carte plie poil 1 mois après la 1ere nuit passée à Phoenix !! Très pratique qd on est déjà rentré en France ! C'est le seul hôtel qui ne nous a pas rendu la caution sous 3/4 jours sur plus de 10 hôtels différents lors de notre séjour dans l'ouest américain (on nous avait dit lors du check out qu'on le récupérerait sous 7 à 10 jours - ce qui est déjà en soi très long...). Aucun souci avec d'autres hôtels de cette chaine dans d'autres villes..."

"Hôtel pas forcément attrayant d'extérieur mais chambre très grande, grande salle de petit déjeuner ( même si choix un peu limité). Zone piscine extérieure au top. Hôtel calme."
