"Room was clean and quiet. Did not use amenities. Check in/out was easy. Only negative was the person who asked for a tip for looking for my luggage. At first he did not seem convinced that my luggage was stored in the luggage room , but after someone else who worked there asked me what time I stored my luggage, the first person resumed looking for my luggage. "

"Our stay at the Hyatt Place Times Square was an absolute nightmare. From the moment we checked in, things went downhill. The room was in terrible condition, with a broken sofa bed that was never fixed despite multiple requests throughout our entire stay. Because of this, my son had no proper place to sleep and ended up on the floor. We even had to pull out the sofa mattress ourselves just to make things slightly more comfortable. It was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, there were unruly guests causing disturbances—yelling, cursing, and even threatening others—while hotel security did nothing to address the situation. We did not feel safe or supported at any point. We were promised a credit for half of our stay, but that turned out to be untrue. No credit was issued, and instead of taking responsibility, the hotel shifted the blame to Expedia. We were also never provided with a proper receipt. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. The lack of basic accommodations, poor customer service, and failure to follow through on promises make this a place I would not recommend."

"Staff was very welcoming and helpful, amazing customer service. Good location, more of a quiet area. Aesthetic of the hotel was gorgeous. Only complaint was our room was very humid and stuffy. "
