Crestview Largest 2BR/2.5BA with loft - great for families

After a long day of skiing, hiking, golfing, or walking around town, you will look forward to coming back home to take a quick dip in our hot tub or heated swimming pool or relax on the deck and enjoy the views. When feeling more adventurous, you are just minutes away from restaurants, outlet shopping and a large multiplex movie theater.
The two-floor unit has central air conditioning for the summer months (many places in Park City do not), as well as a gas fireplace providing a cozy environment for the winter months. The master bedroom is on the main floor adjacent to the living room while the spacious second bedroom is located next to the loft space on the second floor.
The entire complex was newly renovated in 2024 with upgraded triple pane windows and complete new exteriors. In addition, our condo’s bathrooms have been completely updated to include a walk-in shower in the master bathroom.
An outdoor hot tub and heated pool are just steps from our building. If you like to work out, there is a fitness center in the Club house -again, just a few steps from our building. For the chef in the family, there are three grocery stores within 3 minutes (Whole Foods, Smith's, or Albertson's) to choose from.
There is complimentary high-speed wireless provided as well as four TVs (four DVD players with a selection of movies to choose from). Another great feature is heated underground parking with elevator, making the unit handicap accessible, as well as convenient to get back and forth in any weather without a coat. There is also a large secure storage room, directly in front of the reserved parking space perfect for storing ski equipment. Unlimited additional covered parking is located just steps away from the building.

We stayed for 5 nights during Christmas week. It was easy to get from the property to Deer Valley (less than 20 minutes) and Alta (45-50 minutes). Plenty of space in the condo, garage was very welcome. Larry, the owner, was very nice, he reached out to make sure our stay was perfect.

We stayed in this Condo while attending a soccer tournament and it was perfect. The location was super close and the condo had everything we needed as well. Very clean, well stocked and lots of space for everyone.

The unit was perfect for what our snowboarding group needed. Plenty of beds and space. Clean and in great condition. The 2.5 bathrooms made it easy with the amount of people staying there. Lots of TVs and places to sit. Easy access to Walmart/Whole Foods and the shopping centers nearby. While a shuttle stops near the building, having to transfer to a bus to get to the mountain adds time. Most of the days it took us about 45 minutes to get to the closest base (Canyons side is closest), if we went to Park City side, it took sometimes 1.5 hours. Buses share the same name/numbers but go to different places, so be patient.Overall it was an enjoyable stay, the unit was exactly as described. We would stay there again if we ever go back to Park City.

We stayed here during Sundance. Great place - very nice; very clean. A perfect spot as Old Town is a short drive, and it is spitting distance to the Canyons. Everything was very smooth, and Larry Dicus was great to work with.

My family of 5 was very comfortable in this beautiful and well-kept rental on the "edge" of the resort area. Being out of the center of town made getting around by car much easier (less traffic to deal with), and yet we had easy access to all the ski areas. I would highly recommend this rental property to anyone looking for a convenient and reasonably priced condo. The nice decor was an added bonus!

A comfortable, clean, spacious condo with a 6 minute drive to Canyons ski area, or option of great free bus system, a one minute walk. You could easily have 2 families share this condo. The owner, Larry, is promptly responsive to any questions.

Highly recommend, easy free town shuttle to anywhere you want to go. Condo is beautiful with everything you need. We had a four guy ski trip with room for 3 more anyway. Fully stocked kitchen, garaged parking, downstairs ski locker. Everything you could possibly need for a Park City vacation without the cost of staying in downtown Park City. Kimball Junction has everything you need.

I would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect - shuttles to Park City & easy to get to hiking trails near & far. Kimball Junction was a great location to be in and it has everything right there - better than up the hill in Park City / Deer Valley. The condo was very clean, the bedrooms & loft all very large and very nicely furnished. This third floor condo had good views which we enjoyed after a day of hiking. The owners are extremely responsive & friendly. I would not look for another place if this one is available when I want to rent - its a keeper.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and location was awesome. A free bus convenient to drop you off in Park City a short distance away. The Olympic Park was visible on the deck of the Condo. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The owners were so accommodating. They provided plenty of towels, toiletries, snack bars etc. We only have great things to say about the owners and their condo. We would definitely choose them again if we came back to this area.

We truly enjoyed our latest stay up in PC. This unit was the cleanest and most comfortable out of all the units we have rented in the past 5 years. We had no issues whatsoever and we look forward to staying in this unit again, if our plans for 2018 will allow us to do so. Also, with the completion of the White Line (Electric Express Bus), travelling to downtown PC from Kimball Jct. is easier than ever! Highly recommended!

A group of 5 of my girlfriends and I spent a long weekend at this condo. We loved it! Great location and Larry was wonderful to work with. Ease of access to the condo and pool areas was awesome! No need to worry about keys with the code system. The condo was well stocked with towels, bedding and kitchen items. We could not have asked for anything better. Outstanding spectacular views. A very roomy condominium. We had guests three times and everybody was comfortable. There was a problem with the Wi-Fi. Larry was moving heaven and earth to fix it for us in the end. He bought us a hotspot router that solved the problem. So although the Wi-Fi was Problematic he was super responsive and fixed it. All in all I highly recommend this condominium and host Larry.

My husband, myself, and our 5 young children stayed in this property over Christmas. It worked out great because it was within walking distance to the outlet mall, a 1 minute drive to Wal-Mart and Whole Foods, and the interstate. We were maybe a mile from the Olympic Park Museum. So it was a great central location. Also, it was the perfect sleeping space for us. Nice big bedroom and closet upstairs. Plus, three twin beds in the loft. The master closet was huge so we could sleep our infant in there. I highly recommend it, and we hope to visit this condo again soon!

We had an amazing stay at Larry's place. The condo is extremely well-stocked with all sorts of cooking implements, which was great for our month-long stay. The place was very clean and comfortable for our group of 6. When we had some family stay for a weekend bringing the total to 8, it definitely felt a bit cramped, but still do-able. There were also some surprising additions, such as a killer sound system that was great for watching movies and playing videogames. Larry was a great communicator and was able to help arrange a mid-stay cleaning service for us. The place is super close to Redstone Plaza where there's a movie theater, supermarkets, restaurants, a Best Buy, and more. If we were in Park City again, we wouldn't hesitate to book Larry's place again. If you're looking for a listing for your medium-large size group, look no further than this listing.

We have rented numerous times through VRBO in various locations and this unit and the overall experience would rank at the top of our list. The information listed plus the additional owner's website are all very accurate. The unit was very nicely appointed including numerous tvs, a video game system, very nice appliances, fully stocked kitchen. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Our children loved the loft area and there was plenty of room to spread out and relax. Larry and his family were very helpful and prompt in answering any and all inquiries and everything was handled in a very professional manner. One of the best features for us was the heated garage. We visited during a very cold week and not having to scrape ice off of the car was a huge plus as well as having a heated area to store ski equipment. We very much enjoyed the location. Very convenient to The Canyons, Park City, and Deer Valley. Also an easy trek to Alta and Snowbird. We also appreciated having a Super Walmart very close for any of the items you forgot at home or to stock up on some groceries. Great restaurant, a nice movie theatre, and an upscale bowling alley are also very close in the Newpark shopping plaza. We look forward to staying at this unit again,
