  • Discover a completely renovated 25m² studio, designed to offer a comfortable and convenient stay, whether you are on a business trip or a tourist getaway. Located in a lively shopping street, yet quiet, this apartment is ideally placed to explore Paris, the Île-de-France region and its amusement parks, or to easily get to the airport.

    Your Space

    The studio, bathed in light in the evening, has been furnished with the utmost care. It has a large new sofa bed (160x200), perfect for relaxing after a long day.
    Two Tedybear twin beds of 80x200cm can be prepared according to demand into a large double bed of 160x200cm or remain in two single beds perfectly independent.
    We offer our travelers the choice between:
    either 2 double beds of 160x200cm
    or 2 single beds and a double bed of 160x200cm
    or 3 single beds
    We also have a baby cot available.
    Perfect for relaxing after a long day. The fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, hob) will allow you to prepare your meals, and you will even find a Senseo coffee machine, a kettle and tea and coffee at your disposal. A washing machine is also available for longer stays.

    The bathroom is a real asset: enjoy a hydromassage shower for a moment of intense relaxation. The large mirror with lighting and Bluetooth® connectivity complete this modern and functional room. You won't have to worry about anything, as towels and bed linen are provided.

The hoosts were really nice, they were wayting for us at the gate of the little parking place (there is a special parking that is secured for the bilding) when we arrived, took really time for us to explain everything very well. The appartement was a bit small but perfect, everything looked new and clean ( the kitchen as well as the bathroom), there was a little airco and a fan to ceep the apparemment cool. And then, just around the corner (just like the owners told us) a lot of restaurants where the food was really good and cheap ( we went to Bun, and loved it!) And a boulangerie als nearby where you can have your breakfast. It is als not that far from the high way (nice for us so to sleep on the way and leave the next morning) and the owners gave us exactly the right tips where to pass Paris without having a lot of files and the right time when to leave best. Al with al, very positive!
