The staff was very kind and helpful. The room/bedding/bathroom was clean and there was a great view of the pantheon from the balcony, but there was a bit of dust underneath the bed that got on my packing cubes after storing them there. There is an elevator but no mini fridge. Location is great and an easy walk to the nearest metro stations. I would stay here again I had a great experience here.

I loved the location and the way this hotel merged old Hollywood-style glamour with modern art sensibilities. The staff were eager to help, though they did forget my wake-up call after I asked to arrange one *twice*. The shower stall was extremely musty smelling, like standing water. The shower had an overhead rainshower option as well as handheld, but the pressure was only so-so. Unsurprisingly, the bathroom was a bit small and while I could fit in the shower, I would say not to expect to shave your legs in there. The other negative feature was the complimentary shampoo. It smelled like American pediatric antibiotics, you know the ones? Vaguely fruity with a bit of banana/sulphur undertone? That shampoo made me dread showering. All that to say, the room was otherwise spotless. I appreciated the windows that opened. The bed and bedding were comfortable but know that a double bed is literally two mattresses on one frame. Over the night they will separate. The mattress was a bit short, so at 5'10/1.8 metres my feet were usually off the mattress if I stretched out. The air conditioning was accurate and quiet. The tv was new and large. The hotel is close to exceptional restaurants, groceries, and major landmarks. Overall quite comfortable.

Although, we had a misunderstanding about the Shuttle service from the airport, the hotel reimbursed us the difference between what we paid the taxi and the amount posted as the shuttle Price on the website. Otherwise, our stay was perfect. The people at the front desk could have been better informed about the shuttle, but the fact that the hotel made is right made up for the misunderstanding. I would recommend the hotel for its other features.

Very clean hotel with helpful staff, great locatio
The Paris Arts Hotel is a lovely, clean, quaint hotel in a great location. It’s very near the Sorbonne, the Pantheon and Notre Dame. It’s near a lot of cafes and there’s a great restaurant/brasserie (Passages) directly across the street. The front desk was very helpful at check-in and check out. Both English and French were spoken. An employeee put my bags on the elevator and took them up to my room for me. My room was very, very clean with a modern clean bathroom. Space was a tight, similar to most Paris hotels. My room, which was directly off the spiral staircase, had an unusual configuration, with an irregular walkway into the room. This was fine for me, but could be difficult for someone who needed a cane. I would be happy to return to this hotel.

Excellent level of service, personal at front desk was very courteous and helpful. We booked this place at the last minute and it went perfect. Zero noise in the room, was small room but very comfortable and clean.

A hotel that truly goes above & beyond
This is a hotel that truly cares about its guests and treats them personally. My husband and I recently stayed here for five nights in the midst of the summer heat wave. The A/C was fantastic. The bed & linens were superior. The shower was excellent. The location was amazing - just a short walk from Notre Dame, the Marais, St. German des Pres, etc. The desk staff were lovely. A couple of downsides: Our room was tight on space. Apparently the layouts vary, so try to request one of the more spacious rooms. Also, it would be great if they could replace the nightstands - the curved tops don't hold anything! But what really mattered was the service we received after we checked out. Turns out I inadvertently forgot my iPad in the room safe. With one call from the airport, the front desk put me in touch with the manager, Noémi, and before our plane was in the air, she had already arranged for the device to be shipped to my home. What's more, the housekeeper discovered a second item that I'd left behind, and Noémi took the initiative of including that in the package as well. Kudos to all of the staff - I've never experienced such caring service on either side of the Atlantic.

Amazing experience at the Paris art hotel. Staff was so helpful. The rooms were clean and modern and bathroom shower was a perfect size. Bed was so comfy and the balcony was wow ! Free coffee all day and free snacks from noon onwards was an added bonus ! I simply loved this hotel and would recommend if you was a comfy, safe, near restos area with amazing staff.

The hotel is unassuming and located in a university neighborhood close to subway stations and bus stops. As is common in Paris, the building is small as well as the rooms and other facilities. Despite this, the place is renovated and well maintained, exceptionally clean and quiet. It was an excellent place to stay, conveniently located and a great bargain in an expensive city.

Small lobby gave me a negative first impression, but don’t let it fool you. This is a FANTASTIC hotel!! Small rooms, but impeccably clean and well organized. This is a small boutique hotel; nice to have free snacks, non-alcoholic drinks in the afternoon. Walking distance to many restaurants and Metro station. There is no refrigerator in the room and only one hook in the bath room to hang things. The double bed is really two singles put together and the mattress is so-so.

You will love it here.
Fantastic little boutique hotel. Staff was super helpful, our room was super clean and with a great view overlooking the street. I would definitely recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to return again. Great stay in a nice area that felt very safe at all hours of the day.

Perfect place for a couple's week in Paris! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and they securely stored our luggage for us when we arrived several hours early for check-in. Our room was a comfortable size for two people and equipped with good amenities (including USB charging ports). The room was kept very clean, and the bed was comfortable as well. Best of all, the location was excellent - close walking distance to many great bars, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay again!

The property was great for a weekend trip in Paris! Beds were comfortable and we slept well each night. Loved the rainfall shower towel warmer. Staff were helpful. We'll be back!

Stayed for 8 days in March. Very friendly staff and rooms were cleaned very nicely every day. It was nice having a balcony in the room for a view of the city every morning. Great location to enjoy restaurants around.

Tidy, well-maintained boutique hotel in the 5th arr. Rooms are small by American standards but nicely appointed, with good soundproofing and balconies on the top floors. There is an elevator that can fit two, with luggage, or four without. Only oddity are the bedside tables, with domed tops guaranteed to let whatever you put on them slide off. Small quibble in what is otherwise an excellent value in the Latin Quarter.

Great place for my trip to Paris. As mentioned the rooms are on the smaller side and there isn't any storage for you to really unpack if that's what you want. I didn't mind and there is a rack to hang a few of your things at least! Super walkable and there are multiple metro stations to walk to and lots of restaurants. Le Passage across the street was amazing. Highly recommend!

Nice but small hotel
Our stay at Paris Art Hotel Quartier was nice. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. The location is nice, but noisy at night. The rooms are clean and functional, but very small. There was hardly room for the luggage for two of us.
