For doing everything virtual this went smoothly. The place was clean and secure. Through no fault of the property the neighborhood was quite noisy at night we'll past 11pm. The location was convenient, but one of streets was just a little sketchy. We didn't have any problems, just people hanging around kind of doing nothing. We just used the other approach, which was a pleasant street with cafe's. It was very small, so a good home base, but not really a place to do more than sleep. Never quite figured out the wash/dry machine.

Great location close to the metro and lots of restaurants, little shops. We really felt like none tourists in the 2nd arrondissement in Paris. Very clean. Our charming studio was perfect for 2 people. We were able to leave our luggages stored in the building in a secure area due to check-in being at 4 pm and our flight arrived in the morning. The air conditioner was appreciated during the summer.. We were able to reach staff by WhatsApp if needed and they were quick to respond. The only issue we had was the refrigarator was not working after our 2nd day. We unplugged it and thankfully after plugging back it was reset. Overall experience was great. Merci My Maison Paris

Good location near restaurants and bakeries. Safe neighborhood and easy to use door code. We got the loft on the fourth floor so just keep in mind you’ll have to carry all your luggage up the stairs. We loved the loft style though with pull out couch. Host was easy to message when needed. Also has a washer/dryer so that was convenient for my family. Definitely recommended!

Very clean on arrival. Well equipped if you want to self cater, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine. Location good, metro and buses within 250 metres, 20 minutes walk to Louvre. Restaurants close by.We found Bistrot Dubillot good food, reasonable prices for two courses and bottle of house wine for two people. We had studio with terrace, useful for morning coffee etc.

The place itself was good, but it would really help if there was a reception desk. We needed to print something, and it took a day to get the staff to get us some paper and at the end, the printer did not even work. There's a bit too much furniture there, as when the sofa is set up as a bad there's hardly any space to walk. Other than that, it was clean, pleasant and comfortable.

Room was well air conditioned, very clean, good size. Check-in process was a painful experience though. We were sent a code to use to check-in. When we arrived there were 2 door pads but no instructions on which door pad to use. We tried both with multiple attempts but neither worked. We eventually called them as there is no front door concierge and they told us to use the code that was sent to us. We tried again multiple times (with the lady on the phone) but it still did not work. She eventually had to manually open the door for us. The code worked for the door directly to the apartment though. It was a disappointing experience and we feel lucky that it happened during the day time instead of middle of the night.
