We found it to be quiet and relaxing. Rooms were comfortable and hotel was close to transit system for easy mobility around the city. We loved it!

We loved this property! Staff was great, room and bathroom were small but solid. We enjoyed the themed room and hotel. Nice neighborhood which is conveniently located near metro and in a more calm area, but still short walk to all tourist attractions. Definitely recommend adding on breakfast as it was very good and convenient.

Very comfortable stay
Great service. We were upgraded to a better room, which was brilliant! Comfy bed, great shower and good sized room for Paris. Good location. Walking distance to Gare du Nord, and plenty of shops, bakeries, cafes, bistros etc nearby.

Great spot
Nice little hotel in a quiet part of the city but within 3 minutes you’re in the middle of a busy lovely district. Plenty of decent food places to eat with a wide variety. Not overly expensive. Breakfast not the best we’ve had but certainly not the worst, it was sufficient. Classic rooms not very big but once adjusted and found a place for everything it was certainly more than adequate. Staff very friendly, polite, helpful and knowledgable. Looking back I think we would stay here again but perhaps upgrade to a slightly bigger room

Staff was very friendly and professional. Room was reasonably quiet and clean. Room had some wear and tear but was super cute. Room was larger than I thought and well appointed. Room had a safe which is important as pickpockets are prevalent in Paris. I would haven 5 stars but there was a construction site across the street during the day which was very noisy. As we were out and about all day, this was not an issue for us. Thank you Muhammed and Albert for all your help.

The staff were wonderful and accomodating to English speaking tourists. The room was cozy and the artsy theme was nice. Close proximity to underground train network. Walking distance from major attractions and shopping areas. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Paris.

The property itself was lovely, located in a great area, and the staff was courteous. However, the bed linens smelled foul, like body odor. We politely requested for them to be changed, and either they were not, or all of their linens have that distinct odor. We purchased a spray disinfectant, but it still made the accommodations a bit uncomfortable.

Les Plumes was a great find for our first stay in Paris. Helpful staff, clean roomy enough room, AC and walking distance to tons of sites and eating options. Would highly recommend.

This is a good hotel for Eurostar. Just a 10-15min walk from Gare du Nord. Good walking access to central Paris. I paid extra for a bigger room on the top floor. In June/July the air con was a must. I had a lovely large bath tub. But no separate shower which would bother some, but not me. I’m not a big fan of the pump soap as opposed to individual bars of soap and bottles of shampoo. This is France! Shouldn’t we be getting some good soap for a nicer hotel? Staff were extremely helpful and easy to work with in English. Thought the staff were the best bit.

We just got back from Paris during Christmas holidays. This boutique hotel is very small lobby area is very small and location is close to everything but not pleasant areas and they didn’t have the best clientele the best during our stay, and their adjacent rooms not connecting for families with kids. their staff are nice people and helpful but overall this place cannot be our choice for our next trip to Paris.

The quality of rooms varies
We had booked 2 adjoining rooms for 4 people for 4 nights and were disappointed as we did not get adjoining rooms. At least they were on the same floor. Our friends were in room 101 and we were in room 103. Room 101 was nicer and more practical. Room 103 was very wheelchair friendly. We did not need that feature, but we applauded the principle. The room was OK in size but lacking in storage space. The room had a tiny French balcony. The bathroom was big but not practical: There was very little in storage space. The shower area was half open. That meant that when showering the water spread all over the bathroom floor. Room 101 had a good amount of storage space. The French balcony was a bit bigger, the bathroom was a practical one as it had a proper shower cubicle. There were colour changing lights in the bathroom. The toiletries were by Fragonard. The rooms had a wooden floor. They had a mini-fridge but no kettle. The ladies at the reception were friendly, the African French young man we once spoke with was a bit arrogant. The breakfast room was small and the breakfast buffet was tiny but good with high quality ingredients and it was replenished regularly. Also the choice available was good. Would we stay there again? Not sure. Room 103 (or 203, 303, 403 or 503 as apparently all the floors have the same layout) is good enough for a 1 night's stay, but not for more. Room 101 or an equivalent one on a different floor is fine for several nights.

Lovely hotel! Excellent breakfast and exceptionally helpful staff. Rooms were small, even by Parisian standards, but more than adequate. We were in a bind and booked the rooms just minutes before checking in, otherwise we probably wouldn’t have stayed because they were so pricey.

Hidden gem
Small boutique hotel with authentic atmosphere and amazing staff. Its convenient location makes it easy to walk to so many points of interest in Paris. Staff at the reception and breakfast waiter really make a difference. We got a nice email from the property about a week before our check in asking us about our plans and offering us more information, which was a nice touch. All in all, highly recommend and look forward to staying there again.

Our 1st overnight Paris stay
This was our 1sr overnight stay in Paris & Hotel Les Plumes certainly didn't disappoint. I was able to check-in online before arrival, we we're also able to check-in early with no extra cost. When we first arrived we we're grreeted by a very friendly guy on the desk. Our room was on the 5th floor, absolutely great, the theme of the hotel & rooms is really nice. We had a fridge on the room, complementary water & was told tea/coffee was all complimentary too. Couldn't fault our time here, when we checked out they kept our luggage for the day. We will definitely be returning 😍 so happy with our stay!!

Absolutely amazing staff that went above and beyond. We had a great stay we just wish the hotel was a little closer to the centre, however the metro was super easy to use so it wasn’t a problem when we had settled in. Thank you for making our trip so luxurious and comfortable.

Avoid it if you are a light sleeper.
The main complaint against the hotel is that the walls are so thin you can hear lots of noise, not recommended for light sleepers. Everything else was okay given the price.
