Use it, forget it
This hotel serves as a utility. When you expect a clean and safe place to sleep it fits. It is a 20min walk to the next metro and surroundings are awful.

Unprofessional stuff. Rooms are extremely small, bathroom and toilets are below any standard. I do understand this is a budget hotel but I promise it really does not worth the money. For the same price or maybe with another €10 you will be able to stay in a proper hotel.

Very small room for price paid. Just very basic stuff. Claustrophobic toilet and bath. Have to avoid. These are cheap motels that give you only a location advantage.

I knew this was going to be a budget rental. And I knew there was no AC. But there is ABSOLUTELY NO air circulation in these rooms. It was stifling to sleep even with the window open all night. We had a plumbing issue the second night of our stay and they were able to get us another room but made us move everything out into the hall and made us bring the card back for that one to give us the key card for the second one. This was ridiculous in my opinion. They didn’t even have proper equipment to fix the plumbing issue at hand. The towels that were provided were like paper towels, there were no hand towels or wash cloths provided. And the door of the. Athroom wouldn’t close all the way so you had to hold it with your hand while using the toilet. I would not rent at this place again.

Further from metro lines to get to city center. Walls were very thin and kids were running and screaming down the halls. Bathrooms in the room were not ideal. No toilet seat in the toilets. Room was spacious for the price. Breakfast was great most days but one day nothing was refilled, croissants were stale, no juice or water so the inconsistency was odd. My room had a view of the Seine and a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower which was cool.

Good hotel which is very clean and quiet. Staff very helpful and friendly. Quite a long walk to the Metro so difficult to get around all of Paris.

Budget but fine
Does what is says on the tin - rooms are on the small side and storage for clothes is limited but it is great value, breakfast is fine (no meats but… fine for €7.50) 15 min walk from La Defense (red line 1) so you can be at the Arc in maybe 30 / 40 mins depending on how you walk. A decent pizza / Italian restaurant - Mamma Mia - maybe 10 mins walk away and a small supermarket on the road to the rear. Asked if taxis were plentiful and was told they were so when we returned from a morning out to head to the airport there were… none. As I say, cheap cheerful - it is a “budget” after all. Would we stay again - quite possibly but you may prefer the hustle and bustle of the centre. A visit tip from us - Montmartre - great cafes and people watching!

There was no air conditioning in the room. When you open the windows, you would feel like sleeping on the roadside, due to the noise from the cars. The bathroom was a pre-fabricated container type attached bathroom. it felts as if I was camping somewhere. When i went for a shower, the bottle for body/hand/hair wash was empty. The water from the shower spread out in the entire washroom due to poor slope. I had to use a wiper to force the water to drain. overall pathetic experience. Not worth the amount spent.

it was a great 2 stays that i spend in this hotel,the first was 3 nights ,and then 4 nights within 20 days, the reception personel was so helpful especially Mr. Noureddine who helped me alot ,also i dont forget the nice Madame who i saw her in reception on checkin first night, i didnt remember her name ,thank you all the property was so clean ,i allowed to choose my room which had a view on river Siene and Effil tower its prices was reasnoble , i will repeat stay again ,its a good value for money RAED ALTAMEEMI

It was nice experience staying in Ibis. This option made our commute so flexible. The nice view of Eiffel tower is a Plus and the location is very calm and beautiful. The Bus stops are also near by. I would say i enjoyed it. Check-In and Check-Outs are also flexible.

We could have stayed 4 people in one bedroom. Instead they forced us to pay for1another room. Rooms are very clean. Towels are too thin. Need to improve them. No plates for breakfast nor card boards. Had to use napkins to place our bread. Hot chocolate is really good. Nice neighborhood

Lovely lady on reception. Room clean and normal ibis budget layout. However, breakfast poor, tiny room for breakfast so all sitting far too close, no one available for ages when everything ran out. Poor location if arriving by Train/metro however bus stop much closer and takes you in to eiffel tower ( wish i had known about this before)

First time in Paris with two other ladies, so we booked a 3 person room. Honestly, this was a decent place, but I will point out the reason I gave it a 3-rating all throughout. 1- The AC was either not working or it was so low/slow that we just had to turn it off and just open up the window. The structure of the room on the posting is what it actually is in person, but for a 3 person group it was a little crowded. 2 - Breakfast didn't have much option. 3 - It was a little hard to find, and when we got there we actually went in to the Ibis Hotel, and the lady at the desk was on the phone (personal phone). It took her 2 mins before saying hi to us, and just plainly asked "did you book ibis hotel or ibis budget? Ibis budget is blue next door." Pretty straightforward, but still she could've shown some welcoming smile or what not. 4 - our room was no smoking but could tell that previous stayers in it had smoked because there were cigarette burns in the bathroom. Decent place for the price, but didnt realize how far it is to where the attractions are.
