Its a low end 3 star hotel. The room was small. The bathroom tiny. The shower at least was a decent size and was outfitted nicely. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. And for what I paid for the place (1/4 of what the 4 star place down the block cost me), it was adequate, and if Im being honest, had a much more comfortable bed then the 4 star place. Theres some games and such jn the lobby/bar? But the resturant on site is a vegetarian one. The area around the hotel is meh.
On the plus side the bathroom had a towel heating rack that worked great. Id leave the window in my room open bc I like it cool and leave the towel rack on and have a toasty warm bathroom. And warm towels. It would also work great Im sure to dry laundry... however theres a sign saying that that is specifically prohibited, as is having outside food and drinks in the room. Some weird rules here. I just ignored them and did my thing and kept the do not disturb sign on so house keeping stayed out.
All in all for the cost I think the value was fine, but I stayed there in January and am not sure if thats their normal pricing or an off season rate. Would I stay there again? I wouldnt be opposed to it, but Id probably look for something more central first. Its close to the Effel Tower, but thats it. There is a RER/metro line close, but it is a 5-10 min walk.
