Get home base for sight-seers.
I enjoyed everything about the stay. My top two favorite things: 1. the on-site spa which was a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing, 2.the proximity to the metro which made it incredibly easy for me to get around to see the sights. I highly recommend this property.

Cher Monsieur Achkan H.,Nous mettre un 2 pour vous venger du fait que nous n'ayons pas accepté de décaler votre réservation en journée (13h-16h) pour une soirée (20h-00h) n'est pas très fair-play.Vous avez séjourné chez nous déjà 3 fois et avez mis cette note à partir d'une ancienne réservation. Si vous n'étiez pas content suite à cette réservation en particulier, pourquoi en avoir fait 2 autres via un autre prestataire?Séjourner entre 20h et minuit est bien sûr tout à fait possible dans notre hôtel mais il faut par contre payer la nuit complète, comme dans n'importe quel hôtel.

Review
Nice room, smaller TV would be better as very large TV on a large stand (that needed moving as a bit in the way). Spa was nice also, sauna not very hot though. Lift can be a bit noisy and can be heard in the room but was otherwise quiet on the 5th floor. Not much to the “bar” area. Staff friendly and helpful.

Hotel with a spa in Les Gobelins area
Lovely hotel on border of 5th and 13th arrondissement. Metro station at the bottom of the street and 2 others in walking distance. Hotel had small pool, sauna and steam room which was never very busy a great thing to do after a day of sightseeing! Nespresso coffee machine in the room with pods. Huge bed with comfy mattress. Would definitely stay again.

The lady who checked us in was amazing. Very friendly. She checked us in earth as the room was ready. We booked to use the spa and we’re told that as it wasn’t very busy we could do two hours instead of the usual one. Unfortunately when we tried to change the times, the male staff member told us we couldn’t do this despite it being quiet. There was only two other people using the facilities after us so it’s strange that we were told we couldn’t stay in there. The breakfast was very good and exactly what we needed, and the 12 o’clock check out was perfect!

Absolutely amazing hotel, fully recommend for couples to spend few days in Paris, great location in zone 13th, the service at high quality and the hotel itself as well including spa zone. The only comment is that in executive room the ‘queen size’ bed was just normal size comfortable bed. We hope to come back one day.

Amazing boutique hotel
Amazing boutique hotel in a central safe location. The hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating. Hotel was quiet, clean, safe location with a very short walk to the subway. The bed was very comfortable, highly recommend and would stay here again.

This is a very elegant nice quiet property. I slept well. It has a lovely interior patio/garden area with flowers and jasmine vine topiaries. The only issue I had were the spa amenities. I’ve never seen a whirlpool tub that wasn’t heated. It is only an extension of the pool with water jets. Kind of silly if you ask me. Needless to say I didn’t use. The steam room and sauna were nice. I suggest they add a water cooler to that area like I’ve seen elsewhere because it’s important to be hydrated while using. The “fitness room” has silly “eco” machines that no one who truly exercises would have use for…but they look nice and interesting which perhaps is the only point.

Séjour ponctué de désagréments, aucun suivi sérieux des demandes, qu’elles soient téléphoniques ou par mail, c’était à moi de relancer, alors que j’avais bien expliqué et qu’on m’a répondu avoir bien compris. Oublie d’envoi du tarif des massages, Réservation de massage non pris en compte, puis bien pris en compte et au final, pas de masseuse le moment venu, on a dû accepter un RDV avec 2 heures 15 de retard et cela a complètement fait voler en éclats le programme de notre après-midi. Heureusement que la masseuse était très compétente, nous étions trop stressés et elle a réussi à nous détendre. J’ai pris une bouteille d’eau pétillante dans le réfrigérateur, je n’ai pas fait attention, mais elle avait été descellée, bue et remplie d’eau du robinet, je l’ai signalé, on m’en a apporté une autre, mais tout cela pour dire que le réfrigérateur n’avait pas été vérifié. Le personnel était très gentil et serviable, ce n’est pas la question, mais pour une première ce sera une dernière, c’était trop compliqué d’être satisfait même en ayant fait tout les efforts pour bien s’organiser
