It’s a nice, clean property around 30 mins away from centre of Paris. The rooms are small but clean and modern. The area around is good in the day with loads of different kind of shops and good dining options!

It was our first time to go to Paris,walking distance to the metro train.Staff are very polite and helpful,clean rooms and they maintain the hotels well.They also accommodate getting a taxi for people with multiple bags.We had a pleasant experience will definitely recheck in the next time we visit France..🇫🇷

Good place for a night in paris, if i was staying for longer i would want more central but the room was clean and quite and the staff were helful. Cant really ask for more with the price

Nice trip
Our stay was good. The staff were lovely and happy to help where they could. Especially the chef who was really accommodating to us even when we missed breakfast. Our only problem was the cleaning of our rooms. One of our rooms was left uncleaned for about 3 days straight before we eventually had to speak to the hotel manager. Also, be aware that the rooms are much smaller than they seem in the photos and that was a little jarring but we managed with that since we were out most of the day.

We had the best time in Paris and Sub Hotel was the perfect choice of hotel. We stayed in Room 12 which was a family room and it was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff where so friendly. When we checked in a lady was on reception and she gave us lots of tips of ways to get round on buses ect. The area the hotel is in is perfect. There are so many beautiful bakeries and shops in the vicinity. Such a quaint place. Transport is brilliant just a one min walk from the train station. If I come to paris again this would always be my chosen hotel and area to stay in. Thank you Sub Hotel and all the staff.

Room overall was cozy, but small. Front Desk agenta pleasant. Hotel was under construction work, which is very inconvenient. Specially, since after a long day of tourism in the city or perhaps a evening out makes it hard to rest. It is walking distance to the train stop and is surrounded by stores as well as restaurants. At night the climate change made the room cold, not even extra blankets helped. Asked for an electric heater and was told it would be 10 EUROS per night to have one, and that the heater was functioning properly at adequate thermal degree that it should be, that being 19 degrees Celsius. I wouldn't stay there again, because of my overall experience.

Would stay again...Enjoyed it...
It was a nice stay. Overall it was a very good place to stay and I would book this place again. I saw that they were still doing more upgrades to the place, but it did not effect me or my stay during this time. The walls are a little thin...if you know what I mean.... The shower could have used a little updating because I understand that there are those that like the noze method instead of the tall shower head method.

The room I got had nothing to do with those showed in the pictures (that might have been renewed maybe?). Mine was old, small and uncomfortable. Nowhere to put my luggage on, the space between the end of the bed and the small desk was almost inexistant, the rooom in general not lighty at all. The people at the reception were very nice though and available to help (hairdryer supplied immediately after request).

L’hôtel était en travaux. J’ai refusé de prendre le petit déjeuner car avec les travaux ça avait l’air pas très propre je n’ai pas été remboursé . Le salle de bain était plein de moisissures que vous pouvez constater sur les photos .Le lavabo et les toilettes étaient bouchées.Je ne reviendrai plus jamais.

The room was small and dirty. There was a large amount of mold in the shower and carpet was filthy. We stayed for about 20 minutes that long only because we were looking for new lodging. We left and found somewhere else to stay.

very nice hotel and the location is pleasant as well. close to stores. breakfast was very good too. we were driving and it's a bit far from Paris attractions, perhaps with public transportation is easier but in general my family and I liked it.

Let me just say that when I read the reviews and they said the “metro” was close I was super excited. But it’s not the metro, it’s SNCF which is more of a regional train, yes it takes you to St. Lazare and from there you can take the metro but that J train is such a pain in the behind to take that we used Uber instead. 2nd I don’t understand why we needed to give our key to the staff whenever we would go out? So we couldn’t stay out too late. The rooms are tiny and the bed is uncomfortable, there was 1 plug for the entire room and it wasn’t even close to the bed kind of annoying. But most importantly, the shower has a huge step down, and it is slippery, you fall from there I can assure you, you’ll be in the hospital. I will not stay at this hotel again I would rather pay more next time and be closer to the city center so we can walk more and use uber less. There is a bake shop very close to it and it is amazing only good thing about the area, because everything closes early.

Dingy and not much to offer
Staff are rude and patronizing. Not sure if it’s the French attitude but it’s not very welcoming. The hotel doesn’t have much to offer its very bland. More of a guest house. One staff in particular is very lazy(the one that wears glasses) and if you ask for help he’ll give you an answer that requires you to do it alone with little or no help. Elevator is loud and they don’t control noise very well. Room was spacious but tiles were dirty, heat rarely worked, VERY NOISY, opened bathroom window it was full of filth and cigarette butts, housemaids don’t clean just make beds, dusty and dirty. Very close the bus station. Area filled with various stores but they seemed to be never opened.

Much Overpriced Motel. Good? Close to train.
Substandard. Overpriced. In need of renovation. No kettle. No washing machine. Had to pay 10 euro of “tax” on arrival. It’s a motel by Australian standard but at a price of 260 AUD per night it’s a rip off. Probably it’s just normal for [outer] Paris.

The hotel is in another town, very far from the main attractions in Paris, 15 Euro for travel to Paris, and another 15 to return. The room was very dirty, everything was covered by a film of grease and dirt, the bathroom was smelly, for sure it's been a long time since someone give it a good room service. We couldn't even sleep there, we had to look for another hotel that same day and loose our money and one day of the trip. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE!!!

Really close to the train station
Not very clean and no air conditioning so it was extremely hard to sleep at night when during the 95 degree weather. The sheets were not changed during our whole duration there and the only thing they did clean were the towels that were changed out. It was very conveniently located near the train station which made it easy to go out and explore Paris.

Think twice before booking.
The hotel staff took 2 hours to make our room ready. We asked for two beds and for that he just separated the two beds of the double bed and charged us 30 euros per night. Room was very small, definitely not how it looks like in pictures. Washroom had a small soap which was not provided again. Breakfast didn't have anything for a vegetarian.

Very basic hotel
Very basic hotel - old building with crumbling rooms. Wouldnt recommend to families with kids ! Floors were sticky and bathroom fixtures lose and wiggly.
