The location was crowded and noisy but closer to metro. The room stinks, toilets was flooding, and the heating was leaking. There was working and transferred our luggages without informing us. Staffs are helpful and generous. Not recommended

Close to metro, many Cafes and shops around. Streets full of hairdressers. Beds clean but bathroom did not have the handle, curtain was dirty, almost black and hollow. Hotel should also vacuum and the stairs inside.

No lift and narrow spiral stair case. Peeling paint in room and missing door handle in bathroom. Exposed screws in room and shower rail held together with tape. Friendly, approachable staff but they did not speak English. Wifi was not working for our stay. Wouldn’t recommend but was okay for an overnight stay after a long day of travelling

The service it was amazing, I really appreciate the receptionist without talk my language, tried so hard to understand and help me. The service it was 5 starts, but the hotel building it is a bit old, but everything cleaned (can’t complain).

Check-in took a VERY long time. The man did not speak English (not his fault, this is Paris after-all), but his French was so from-the-gutter that I couldn't understand him. My French is a bit limited, but I understood all other people in France during my week-long visit. Not him. The real surprise was where I was told to park. The garage was about a 15-20 minute walk away, and cost me about $40 US. Made this crappy dump cost more than a far better hotel.

This hotel is the worst I’ve been ever, dirty unsafe, noisy. They changed our room and moved our luggage while we were away.

I don’t even know where to start! The hotel room was gross! Nothing like the pictures that’s for sure. I only stayed there one night and checked out the next day even thought I had reserved it for 2 days! The neighborhood of the hotel is not the best, people outside all day long and if you are a light sleeper you will be able to hear everyone’s conversation from outside late at night. One positive thing is that is a few steps from the Metro station . Before I forget they don’t like to share the WIFI!

We were robbed in this hotel
Terrible experience in this hotel. Dirty, weird smells, no elevator, horrible customer service and, as the cherry on top, someone enter to our room, broke our locks and stole around €800 in cash and electronics.

This place is not a safe place to stay in. There were bed bugs everywhere. It was super unsanitary. The outlets barley worked. The bedbugs were inside the curtains & on the bed just walking around. It was pretty gross. We left as soon as we saw it.

Was pretty much as grim as expected for €50 a night in Paris, but I can deal with that- I booked a cheap hotel & that’s what I got. What I struggle to deal with however, is why the night manager of the hotel refused to print out my friend’s flight boarding pass, even though he had a functioning PC & printer there waiting to be used, even after I offered to pay. My friend & I were in Paris for a concert, where her phone was annoyingly pickpocketed. Our flight was at 6am the next morning & her boarding pass was saved on the phone that got stolen, so I was trying to reprint the boarding pass so she wouldn’t have issues at the airport. Granted, my French is almost none existent but this guy knew the basis of what I was saying as he was communicating back in English, & he flat out refused to print this pass out for no apparent reason- eventually getting aggressive & telling me to go down the road and ask somewhere. I simply wanted a reason as to why he wouldn’t do this small favour in what was for us, a rather bad situation. On a side note- this particular area of Paris felt horrendously unsafe- I’ve travelled all round Central America & other dangerous places & it usually takes a lot to put me on edge. We was planning on a quick drink before getting the Metro to the concert but it felt that bad we ended up jumping straight on a train.

Manager most helpful and allowed me into the room early as flight arrived AM. Room 6 floors up - so to carry bag was difficult and no lights on stairs at night nor in the morning. A great deal of wear and tear in hotel. Stairs very very old carpet and looks like never cleaned. Bedroom had clean sheets but chair and bed cover very dirty, separate toilet with no lock on door. Cold water in taps and shower, but maybe as 6 floors up it would take time. Area perfect for station and local shops. Owner most polite Pricey at 67 Euros given condition of place

Leider entsprach der Zustand des Hotels absolut nicht den Fotos in hotels.com. Als ich dies im Hotel sogleich nach Anreise ansprach und deshalb das Hotel wechseln musste, sage man mir zu, sich um die Angelegenheit zu kümmern. Seit dem 22/3/23 bis heute 7/6/23 habe ich weder Rückmeldung noch Rückerstattung des voraus gezahlten Betrages erhalten. Bei Ankunft am frühen Nachmittag waren im gesamten Treppenhaus die Schmutzwäsche der Etagen in die Stufen und Ecken geworfen. Zudem funktionierte Licht und Steckdose im Zimmer nicht. Ob ich Hotels.com weiterempfehlen kann ist davon abhängig, ob man sich nun noch mit mir in Verbindung setzt und sich um meine „Beschwerde“ kümmert oder weiterhin nicht reagiert.

Les draps et les serviettes propres. Bon accueil. Proximité du métro 50 m. Les poignées de portes manquantes dans la salle de bains.La table de nuit cassée, les prises électriques qui ne sont pas fixées. Pas de barre de douche. Le bruit jusqu’à 3 h du matin le jeudi soir dans la rue. Bref il y a du boulot pour la rénovation.

Det var i dårlig stand og kvalitet, og meget slidt, stemningen der var lidt lusket, men personalet var flinke. Lidt underligt sted, men rent. Alt taget i betragtning, så fint nok for pengene, hvis man bare skal have et sted at sove.

Sehr alt aber das ist ja nicht gleich negativ. Leider war das `Hotel` sehr dreckig und das ganze Gebäude fällt halb auseinander inklusive der Zimmereinrichtung, Heizung, Bad etc. Noch dazu ist es unglaublich hellhörig und man bekommt alles mit :/ WLAN war nicht nutzbar da es nur an der Rezeption funktioniert und dort ist aber kein Aufenthaltsraum, Personal war freundlich

Je ne connaissais pas Paris. J y ai passé une nuit et heureusement. Apres tout le monde me dit que pour le prix je ne pouvais pas avoir beaucoup mieux... un quartier très très bruyant jusque tard dans la nuit, un "hotel" plus que passable...des escaliers pas nettoyés, une chambre avec prise absente, un interrupteur décollé du mur, de l humidité et l.odeur qui va avec... un sol tres sale. Bref, a part la salle de bain qui etait a peu près moyenne le reste était horrible...y a pas d autres mots... je ne comprends pas qu on puisse recommander des hotels comme ca sur un site.... bref a éviter !
