The hotel feels like it needs an update in many areas. The around in front of the hotel is blocked by many coaches which can make access on foot difficult especially with luggage. It would be helpful if the restaurant is going to be closed to provide guests with suggestions of where to dine. The room was ok, but the beds are narrow and the bathroom was small only one person could be in the bathroom at al time. Highlight was the rooftop bar, the staff there were really friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in the skyscraper dense business district of Paris. Cheaper option than some of the hotels in central Paris and only a short train ride to CDG. The hotel itself is nice with a great rooftop bar with views out amongst the giant structure that surround and the city beyond. The view of the Eiffel Tower at night is stunning. The staff were incredibly friendly. On check in they gifted our kids with some left over Olympics merchandise.

First trip to France!

The hotel was very well situated. Easy to check in and out. Very comfy beds. Very tasty breakfast. Staff was very kind and helpful. The AC was tricky to work- no matter the setting the room didn’t get very cool. After a long day of walking and riding the Metro, it was hard to cool off at night to sleep.

There were a few areas of our room and shower that were a little dirty but nothing too bad. The headboard/wall art was broken. Otherwise all was good the sheets were clean as were the towels. The staff were helpful if a little condescending when I tried to speak French 😂

We extended our stay by a night. When we came down to enquire about it, the woman at the desk without looking said there were no rooms. This wasn’t the case as we checked hotels.com right after and there were rooms which we booked. She was rude, slow and generally not helpful. Later in the day, we asked about getting change to use their laundry machines as they require coins. The man behind the desk again, didn’t even look but refused to help and told us to just go find some elsewhere. If you have a coin operated machine for guests, provide change!!

I've stayed many times at this hotel and normally it's excellent, but this time (May 2023) there were a few issues. I know most of the hotel has been refurbished recently, but it feels like this room had been forgotten - the bathroom especially feels old and tired (even if perfectly clean). The shower holder broken so had to hold shower by hand. Not a disaster, but inconvenient when in a hurry. I requested a receipt to be emailed, but didn't receive it until I chased via email. Apart from these issues, the rest of the hotel is great and the breakfast was excellent, as always!

We had our flight Venice to Paris cancelled due to Italian strike, called as soon as we got the email to try and manage not losing the whole reservation and they declined every suggestion. We understand the hotel has its own rules, but this was something we could not know, there were no plane ticket or even train tickets that would allow us arriving the day of our reservation, only day before or days after. They charged the whole cancellation. These are things costumers appreciate, individualizing cases, knowing when to be flexible and when a cancelation is not an option.

I wasn’t too happy with this hotel at all. Firstly, I purchased an adapter but it wasn’t working so I asked for a refund. Unfortunately I didn’t get a receipt so I showed them my bank statement and everything but they didn’t refund me because according to them, they couldn’t see any transactions made. Worse part of it is that they even kept the adapter and offered me nothing. Not even a new one. So now I’ve lost money. Also the room was so cold.
