We booked a superior room which is tiny, we were shown a standard room to compare but honestly would say they were the same size. Breakfast was good as well. Bathroom clean, only remark is that you had to take a shower in the bath, and there was no screen or rail to put the shower, which was not very comfortable. This hotel was extremely loud — constant banging of doors at all hours made it impossible to get any rest. It sounded like a construction site right outside the room, with slamming doors echoing from both sides. To make matters worse, I was already feeling unwell from another poor hotel experience the night before, and I explained this to the front desk. Unfortunately, their response was indifferent at best. I was told there was “nothing they could do” and that no other rooms were available. Not even a basic attempt at empathy or a solution was offered — just a shrug and attitude. Between the noise, lack of sleep, and complete absence of customer care, this was hands down one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. Very dirty and needs to be painted and needs a deep clean Stains all over the floor when we checked in so we had to make sure we kept our shoes on. Headboard was all worn and make it feel dirty. Definitely need some renovations to charge what they do. The front desk staff were very nice as well.
