This hotel satisfied our needs: a clean, convenient hotel near Gare Montparnasse, with some interesting nearby sights to see before we had to catch a midafternoon train. The only negative (which we knew in advance) was that the lobby is on the first floor, requiring you to walk up a flight before an elevator is available. We had heavy suitcases so this was a bit cumbersome during check-in, but at checkout the desk kindly jumped up and offered to help me with my bag down the stairs. Breakfast was tasty.

Très bien situé, à proximité de plusieurs restaurants, du métro et d'un Monoprix. La chambre est très bien insonorisée, la salle de bain est récemment refaite. 30 marches pour accéder à la réception de l'hôtel. Un ascenseur couvre les étages des chambres

We stayed one night at this hotel. I am quite familiar with the hotels in Paris, particularly around the Montparnasse area and have tried many of them over the years (mainly for short stays, 1-6 nights at a time). By far, this one was the worst. Finding the entrance was the first challenge. You There is no proper, well-marked entrance but rather a hidden door that leads to a narrow staircase. One needs to go two stored up the staircase to reach the front desk and from there you can take the elevator to the floors above. We struggled to get our bags two storied up! The front desk gave us on key only, and we were told we have to leave the key with the front desk every time we go outside (even though it is a magnetized key card). The hallway in our floor were narrow and twisting. Room was so small. On the positive side, we had a quiet night. No view from the window. I would never recommend this hotel! The shocking thing is that it was still expensive (~ $285/night).

The hotel is very conveniently located to Gare Montparnasse, and was clean and air conditioned. Communication about check in was very clear, and our room was ready for us by early afternoon. Room is typical size for Paris, which is small by US standards, but was perfectly adequate for our needs. The only inconvenient aspect is that the entry lobby is up two steep flights of steps. An elevator is available from that point on.

A returning guest, perhaps that says it all. Small, pretty and unobtrusive hotel in a quiet street very close to Gare and Tour Montparnasse. A nice experience, and very helpful and friendly staff.

Lovely stay - first trip to Paris was made even more delightful by the staff, location, and services of the hotel. Excellent location walkable to Seine with traditional bistros, cafes, and creperies just outside, as well as both the 6 and 4 metro lines for easy travel to anywhere - so much very near by. Great breakfast. Will be back.

モンパルナス駅から300mくらいの場所にあるのフランスでの格付け星3のホテルです。 外観の古さが気に入りました。 スタッフのみなさんはフレンドリーと感じました (今回、Google翻訳を用いて会話にチャレンジしたのですが、扱いが難しいという印象) 気に入ったところ ・狭いけど、きちんと仕切られているシャワーブース ・ネスプレッソのようなコーヒーメーカー常備 ・アンティーク調のエレベータ ・朝食エリアの調度品が洒落ている。 ・水差しが好き ・外に出れば繁華街 気になったところ ・みなさんが書かれているように、フロントが2階にあり、エレベータがない。 足腰が衰えている方、ヘビー級の荷物がある方は階段の昇降が厳しいと思います。 ・エアコンが効き過ぎる。(26〜27℃で快適) ・外出時はカードキーを預ける必要があるようです。(指摘を受けました。) パリ市内で宿泊先を探すなら、リーズナブルなホテルです。参考になればよいですが

Our Hotel stay of 7 days was comfortable. It is well located and close to shops, transport and attractions. We walked to the Eiffel Tower and other great attractions like the Champs-Elysees, Notre Dame and Luxembourg Gardens. We found the staff to be kind and professional. They are on duty 24/7 which is reassuring. Breakfast is nutritional and tasty. Cereals, pastries, freshly squeezed orange juice, coffees, teas, toast,eggs, bacon and sausage, cheeses and cold meats. We recommend this hotel. steve

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le quartier de Montparnasse à proximité des restaurants et de la gare. Le petit déjeuner est très bien avec du choix et pour tous les goûts. Le jus d'orange frais, c'est vraiment top ! Le seul bémol est l'accès impossible pour les PMR. Je recommande cet hôtel.
