Met our needs well for 2 nights. Clean, reception manned early until late and a convenient area for travel.

I was worried based on the google reviews but this establishment exceeded my expectations. I had a group of 8 older women, spend two days here an they service was top tier. The rooms were clean an exactly what we needed. I appreciate the attentive staff as well!

The hotel was steps away from Gare l’est. It is near restaurants and very convenient if you have an early morning train to catch or coming into the city late at night. The room was clean and had AC. The staff were nice. We stayed 1 night.

Very clean room and perfect for our family. It was convenient to the metro and American fast food - Burger King, KFC and McDonalds. The room was air conditioned which was awesome since we had come from Switzerland where our hotel room was not air conditioned and it was miserable. Also the room had dark curtains which is a must with our family!

J’ai été surprise, avec les anciens commentaires horribles j’ai eu peur de réserver, mais l’hôtel a vraiment fait du changement. Le personnel est excellent et l’était de la chambre aussi. Tout est proche, plusieurs resto et une bouche de métro en face en plus de la Gare de l’Est. 30 min. de la Tour Eiffel et de Louvre. Le seul point serait l’ascenseur qui est très petit, mais ce n’est pas très grave.

Buen hotel por ubicacion y tamaño habitación baño
Todo muy bien. Al final la persona de recepcion no me recomendó Uber cuando iba al aeropuerto y llamó a un conicido|amigo hindú que fue muy rudo y en el aeropuerto tuve que llamar a seguridad porque me siguió y estaba a mis espaldas. El cuarto estaba de bien tamaño, el baño, lo malo es que como hoteles parisinos en el elevador o entra una persona o la maleta grande y si estas en el 5 o 6 piso batallaras y no te ayudan. Fuera de eso, sí lo recomiendo.

bon séjour dans l'ensemble
Chambre et salle de bain de taille correcte; Bonne literie très propre . Personnel aimable , accueil 24/24 calme sauf le matin avec les bruits de la/ rue à partir de 5h petit déjeuner très moyen , bonnes viennoiserie toutefois au final rapport qualité prix moyen

Bekvämt boende nära både Metro och många busslinjer. Bra frukost som dock intas i hotellets entré vilket gör det litet stökigt. Mkt trång hiss! Men fin trappa att gå i så det spelade mindre roll.. Trevlig personal

La camera era molto piccola per 4 persone dato che eravamo in famiglia ma pulita e per starci 4 notti può andare bene, la metro è praticamente fuori dalla porta di ingresso e questo è un enorme plus. Siamo in zona stazione (gare de l'est) ma tutto è tranquillo e ci sono nei distorni ristoranti, brasserie, patisserie e anche un piccolo supermercato. Considerando i prezzi degli Hotel a Parigi, abbiamo pagato molto poco ed era per me, abituato di solito a standard più elevati, un rischio, alla fine posso dire che è andata bene e mi sento di dire che sono soddisfatto.
