Front desk attendants were not helpful and had very limited knowledge of Paris. Midnight false fire alarm brought entire guest roster to lobby to the laughter of staff. No explanation was given Rooms were hot and ac was not working, with explanation that ac would only be turned on after May 15th. Amenities were cheap and in short supply.
