Next time, feel free to reach the Front Desk which is open 24 hours.Citadines Trocadero is an apart'hotel : the list of flexible services is available on every booking site. As you stayed six nights with us, you had one included cleaning, scheduled in the middle of the stay. If other cleanings had been asked to the Front Desk, they would have been charged. But our records do not show any request. Toilet paper can be found, free of charge, in a confort corner located on the 5th floor. The information is delivered upon check-in and reminded inside every unit.Regards,

As explained, all our 2 bedrooms apartments have the same layout, 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each and a twin sofa bed in the living room, for a maximum occupancy of 6 persons, I'm sorry if the description on Expedia Website was not clear enough. Regarding the rollaway bed I'm quite surprised to read your feedback as you tell me on Whatsapp to not bring it. I really did my best to help you contacting Expedia and offer you other option with a second apartment. Moreover you had my personal Whatsapp, should you need more assistance during your stay.
