    We are 10 minutes walk from the Sacré Coeur,
    20 min from the Grands Magasins Printemps and Galerie Lafayette.

Très bel appartement pour vivre un petit rêve bohème montmartrois. Merveilleusement bien situé, un pied sur la place des Abbesses et l’autre sur la rue des Abbesses, à proximité d’une bouche de métro mythique. L’endroit idéal pour marcher sur les traces de Van Gogh, Matisse, Degas et bien d’autres. Tout se fait facilement à pied.

This is a GREAT find on VRBO. Perfect location, well-equipped kitchen, everything you need to have a home away from home. Florence was very welcoming and sweet. All the reviews are accurate. Including the 3 story walk up with a beautiful winding stairway. If stairs are a problem it's good for you to know. Otherwise it's a perfect place! Highly recommend.

Outstanding location. Numerous cafes, bakeries and restaurants within walking distance. Metro station very close for easy access to all of Paris. Apartment had all of the amenities needed. Due to the close proximity of the cafes, the streets are very lively and noisy until early morning. Might be an issue for light sleepers but if you like to be in the heart of the action this apartment is awesome.

Super cute and clean place for us to stay in Paris for almost a week. It has all amenities that we needed such as washer, fully equipped kitchen, and fridge. The location is really convenient, about 1-2 minutes walk to a metro station and on a busy street with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and especially bakeries! The host has welcomed and ensured we had everything we need for our stay. 10/10 would come back if we visit Paris again. Thank you!

The host, Florence, was absolutely lovely. She wrote down several recommendations for restaurants and grocery stores in the area and said hello to us often as we passed each other during the week. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the metro entrance is right next to the apartment, so it is easy to get places. We arrived during a heat wave, and unfortunately there was only one small fan to cool things down. But Florence recommended we open the windows at night and that helped.

We had the most wonderful time in this lovely apartment. It was so comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The property was well located in a Montmarte neighborhood. Convenient to metro, little grocery store and cultural sites. Florence went above and beyond to help us after a bit of a rocky start at the airport. She walked with us to the metro and stayed with us while we figured out how to use Navigo. Magical Location

My wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary and stayed in this amazing location. 1st time to Paris for us and I highly recommend renting this apartment and spending your stay in Montmartre. Excellent public transportation close by and so many choices for food and entertainment. Florence is a wonderful host and will provide recommendations if needed. Looking for to coming back.

The apartment is very well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Paris. The location couldn't be better as it is so close to the metro and there are plenty of cafes and shops just out the door. I wish we stayed longer!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment was bright, clean and very close to the Paris Metro Station Abbesses. Florence, the property manager was very helpful with the apartment and with logistics, such as obtaining metro tickets. The Abbesses area is lively with bakeries, cafes, and restaurants. The only downside is that there is no elevator, so it wouldn’t be the best option for those with mobility issues.

This 3rd floor walk-up apartment was lovely. It was very clean, comfortable and had a distant view of the Eiffel Tower! It was very close to shopping and the metro. The property manager waa very kind and helpful and lives in the build.

My husband and I stayed at this apartment for 7 nights and loved everything about it. Check in was super easy. Florence met us and allowed us early access. She was so helpful and remained available to us throughout our stay. The place was perfectly located with a great view of Place des Abessess.
